Crystal was at the station she normally uses at the rear of the store with an individual appearing more to be associate than customer from their relative positioning. While I think I was seen at the door no effort was made for accommodation. At least by being shut out I wasn't subjected to the uncertainties of Crystal's level of customer attention.

After 7 months, many trips and phone calls, to Krystal, the manager at the Zion Crossroads store, I had been told many times they were trying to correct the problem, it has not been. I talked with the area manager, Hunter Perkinson and was again assured he would look into everything and be back in touch. Of course I have not heard back from him. Verizon is too large of a company and doesn't care to help small business owners. I'm sorry to say after 20 plus years with Verizon we will be switching our service.

Very impressive commitment and performance by employees, specifically Steve and his supervisor Don…read more I recommend their professionalism and proficiency to anyone in need of Verizon services. Converting from AT&T to Verizon is an elaborate and challenging process and, over the course of three weeks, these agents maintained a commitment to assisting me in the process and attempting to reduce the accumulated stressors associated with what should be a mundane task. AT&T has made this a tremendously arduous undertaking due to their reliance on GSM antennaes (an older technology that is incompatible with Verizon and incapable of even relaying off their towers) and insistence on locking phones to stay on their network. I've had only positive experiences with Verizon and especially this store and I do not recommend the services of AT&T if Verizon is available in their area.

When I returned the goods, (well within the return date,) they refused to refund my money. claiming to Paypal they had not received the item back, but I have the DHL Express tracking and signature proving they accepted the delivery. They currently have both the returned guitar and my money. I strongly advise against using this company. I repeat they are not truthful.

We always find what we need at Batteries Plus in Charlottesville, Va., and the staff is so helpful…read more Recently, In May, I was buying batteries (on a good sale) and having trouble with my cell phone - a problem that even Tracfone was unable to solve. I asked THOMAS about it and he correctly solved the problem in just a few minutes by telling me what to do - without charging me for the advice (!).. As soon as I got home, I followed his advice - and guess what - my Tracfone cell phone is now working perfectly and doing what I want it to do. THOMAS was a lifesaver!! Thank you so much - and also for being there when we need good batteries. Annie and Mack Rowe, Madison, Va.

I went in to replace my watch battery, not knowing anything about the model or make.. but he took care of it on his own, VERY QUICKLY and PROFESSIONALLY. They were also very clear and upfront about the price estimate, which i appreciated very much.

The store itself is gorgeous and spacious, so you can avoid the fight-over-the-rack that can happen at similar boutiques. I thought the selection was a shockingly good range of prices and had a great assortment. A few items actually surprised me at their price-- I think the store has a really keen eye and doesn't stock clothes that are cheaper, just those that are awesome and happen to be less expensive. Super nice manager, Kara. I'm visiting Charlottesville and she gave me an awesome perspective on what it's like to live here but did not at all make me feel pressured to purchase. Selection included some French Connection, seven jeans, Hudson jeans, Paige jeans, and a ton of gorgeous brands that I had never heard of. That's what cool about this place: I knew it was curated and unlikely that someone else would have the exact same outfit. They also have a small shoe section but I steered away- too dangerous. They also have jewelry but it was kind of similar to a Francesca style, which isn't my steez. If I'm back in the area, I will definitely return!
