After assessing the problem, I was told I didn't have a broken iPhone screen but a broken protector screen. They could have easily said it was my phone and go about replacing iPhone's screen charging me $ but they were straight forward and honest. Wow! Simply Wow!! Thank you iFixt for your honesty and very friendly customer service. Hopefully, I won't be needing your services, but if I do... I will be coming to you straight away!

So here is the fun of Advance Auto. So I got an email giving me 25% off of my online purchase and…read moreso I ventured to the store to make sure what I was about to ask for they had in stock. I was going after Weaver Gold Brakes, some DOT 3, and some Brake Grease. So Larry confirmed they had it and then told me after ordering it online it would take about ten minutes to come through. I said no problem ordered them on my phone and proceeded to go take a stroll around the book room. While I was in the book room someone bought my brakes that I had already paid for. So I went back ten minutes later to find Larry couldn't find my brakes, so we settled on having them brought in from another store and delivered within an hour. I said okay, I'll go grocery shopping which took 2, I know delivery science isn't exact. So coming back it turns out the delivery driver for the other store never showed for work. Larry asked if I would like to wait or go with a different set of comparable brakes. So that's what we did. He was so nice about it he even threw in one of those little brake grease packs. So here is the deal when going to Advanced keeping a calm head gets you all the customer service you need. I'll be back for more supplies but for now my Crosstrek is running like a boss.

They still work I guess but the right ear is annoyingly loose. When I called to ask if I could get a refund or a replacement, they didn't believe me when I said the headphones cracked on their own. I can understand some skepticism about how the headphones broke, especially given the reputation of gamers and their anger issues, but it felt bad to be mistrusted like that. The employee said he couldn't help me and I needed to speak with the company who made the headphones. THANKS

Very impressive commitment and performance by employees, specifically Steve and his supervisor Don…read more I recommend their professionalism and proficiency to anyone in need of Verizon services. Converting from AT&T to Verizon is an elaborate and challenging process and, over the course of three weeks, these agents maintained a commitment to assisting me in the process and attempting to reduce the accumulated stressors associated with what should be a mundane task. AT&T has made this a tremendously arduous undertaking due to their reliance on GSM antennaes (an older technology that is incompatible with Verizon and incapable of even relaying off their towers) and insistence on locking phones to stay on their network. I've had only positive experiences with Verizon and especially this store and I do not recommend the services of AT&T if Verizon is available in their area.

When I got there, my dude Cody helped me pick out the wipers right away, and then came outside and installed them for me (which is a service they do offer free of charge). It was super windy outside, and my wiper blades had gotten rusty so they were not easy to remove. No complaints from Cody. But that's not where it ends! After Cody went inside, I realized I locked my keys in my car like an idiot. I went back inside and sheepishly asked if there was anything they could do to help me break into my car, and Cody without hesitation went over to a shelf and grabbed a small pry bar and one of those long things you use to unlock the door. We went outside in the wind and struggled with it for a few minutes, and finally got the door unlocked. Cody and Advance Auto definitely didn't have to do this. The service was above and beyond. If the manager is reading this, Cody deserves a promotion!
