Had a stressful Saturday morning as my Audi was stolen. I called the local Audi dealer in Richmond and, as usual they were useless but opened at 8:00 so I tried. When Flow opened at 9:00, the location where I purchased the car, Richard Glen was AMAZING in helping contact and get the track feature going. He took at least 45 minutes out of his day to help one customer. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. The Audi app was giving me some struggles, so he helped me contact the tracker service and got everything done that needed to be done to track the car. A great customer service job that many organizations are often lacking these days. Richard could not have done a better job for me. Many thanks Richard. Audi service overpriced their alignment service for my car, claiming the recalibration of sensors caused the price of the alignment which is priced at $103 to be $800. The car was not in an accident, only had new tires put on. Do not go there!!! They will rip you off!!! read more

Had the worst service experience. Called the number on website and asked for appointment for 20k checkup on our Q5. Was told 20k checkup was oil change and tire rotation would take 1.5 hours and made appointment for 11AM and I would wait on the car. Arrived on time (it's 45 minutes away) and was told it would take 3-4hrs for the oil change and tire rotation and the 20k checkup was a lot more than oil change and tire rotation and what I was told was wrong. I asked what good was it to make appointment and was told as a matter of fact by service consultant that the appt. was to see him not get the car worked on. No apologies for the confusion just what to you want to do. I didn't have 3-4 hours so I left. Two days later I got an email from Flow saying they were sorry that I missed the appointment. You'll notice all the good reviews are for Audi sales. That's because Audi doesn't stand behind their parts and service. I had a spark plug break and ruin the engine of my Audi Q5 even though I had just changed them 17,000 miles earlier. Unfortunately, Audi only covers its spark plugs for 12,000 miles (yet recommends that they only be changed every 30,000 miles?!?) so the cost of replacing the engine was my responsibility. Let my pain be your free lesson. Take your Audi to any local Euro car shop that uses Bosch parts since those are covered under a lifetime warranty. Avoid Audi service at all costs. read more

I live in Richmond, however every time I went to the dealership in Richmond I found them fairly inattentive and not as knowledgeable in their product as they should be. I made an online reservation three weeks in advance for my vehicle's 30,000 mile checkup. I received the automated confirmation from the dealership for the scheduled date. I show up on the day of the appointment and was told it had been rescheduled, but they neglected to notify me before the appointment of the change and unfortunately did not attempt to come up with a solution while I was at the dealership (mind you I traveled all the way from Richmond, VA). If I could I would give one star! I picked up my car at 1:30pm today and paid for a new key and the programming for the key, $572.26. And now we are 2.8 miles away from the dealership and the car died. When the vehicle was towed to Audi, the battery had been disconnected prior to towing the car since it was sitting, we didn't want the battery to die. Well, when we got there the service guy Josh had someone jump my car and we left. We made it a few miles from the dealership and the car shut off. I called and they said they would send someone out immediately, well over an hour later, no one came. I called again, and I was told they were busy and trying to get someone to come. Long story short, no one came. I had to get the car towed from Charlottesville to Buckingham, we waited 3 hours for a tow truck. My husband called corporate, and they sent wrote him a check a week later for $150. I will not be coming back. read more

From the moment we met, Jeremy made sure that I was as comfortable and informed about the process and the product as I could possibly be. He had a deep knowledge of the vehicles we looked at and went out of his way to help me find the right fit. Wednesday saw an CPO A4 on Flow's website, but it was in Greensboro NC. Spoke with the folks at the dealership on TH and they arranged to have it transported to Charlottesville by Friday afternoon. No deposit, no fee, no nothing. Took it for a test drive Friday evening and agreed to purchase Filled out credit app Saturday AM, got 3.25% financing and paperwork at the dealership too less than 30 minutes. Absolute worst service my husband and I have EVER received. This is the last place I would take my car. After bringing in our Audi for service, the mechanics broke a part accidentally. They initially said they would take care of it, don't worry about cost, it was our mistake. The car is now ready after one and half weeks (only information we received was from hunting them down - no updates from their end) and they are charging us for not only the maintenance we brought the car in for but half of the part they broke. Are you kidding me?!?! We have lived in multiple cities and have dealt with a variety of dealerships and mechanics and this is the WORST experience we have ever had. read more

Where do I begin... purchased my dream car from Audi only to myself having to deal with the most incompetent service department!! Save yourself the drama and headache and DO NOT do business with this dealership! Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. They promise to return your call.. that never happens. They say they will have a loaner car for you to use... that's a lie! Day of appointment you get a call letting you know something "went wrong" with scheduling loaners and they no longer have one for you. They promise your vehicle will be ready for pick-up at a specific date/time.. that doesn't happen either. Was promised by 2 different individuals my vehicle would be ready for pickup at noon.. 3:30pm has come and gone and still don't have my vehicle back. I drove from 2 hours away to get a basic service and new tires with my two young children. When I am told when scheduling my appointment I would have a Audi loaner and my appointment would take no longer than 2 hours.. I hope you can understand my frustrations. The service manager overheard all of my frustrations but doesn't care enough about his customers to get up from behind his desk to address you or reassure you that you are a valued customer. In fact, he continues to sit behind his desk and pretend like he doesn't see you when you're standing only 5 feet away!! Spoke to the GM of the dealership and was given a pathetic attempt at an apology. I can't say enough good things shot my positive experience at Flow Audi. I was out of town when my oil light came on. I pulled over at oil change place who let me know only the dealer could let me know about my oil level due to my car not having a dipstick. Flow Audi saw my right away and couldn't have been any nicer. As a former Lexus owner, I was accustomed to great service when I got my Audi, I was not as impressed. However, Flow Audi was amazing!! They DO ACTUALLY CARE about their customers long after the sale... a rare experience these days. I have a 2015 Audi, and the service department, led by Josh, is absolutely amazing!!! I've seen a few bad reviews which confused me at first but then I figured some less experienced owners may not understand that delays can occur if they have to wait on parts to come in. On the off chance, Josh can't resolve the issue, I have no doubt the manager, Shawn will. They have both been nothing short of completely attentive and customer oriented. If you need a new car... Worst service that I have ever received. At one point They said they could not fix my Audi so I had a local mechanic call them to tell them what was wrong and after 3 weeks they fixed it.At a later date they told me they had to replace the console that related to the radio and electronics and once they did -at an extravagant price it only worked partially at which point they said "Oh it wasn't meant to do" these other things-even though they had said it would at a cost of over $1500. There is more but why list it all. It is the reason I have decided not to buy another Audi. read more

Last week my husband and I bought an Audi Q5 to replace our 2012 diesel A3. When the VW/Audi diesel fraud was revealed we were so furious that we vowed to never buy another Audi product. We then looked at Mercedes, Lexus, Infiniti, and BMW vehicles, not to mention innumerable online reviews. By October our attitude had slightly improved toward Audi because we did not fall in love with any of those vehicles, and we were reminded of the dependability of our two Audi vehicles. Grudgingly we visited Flow Audi. Norman Daniel greeted us like long-lost friends, but in a very genuine way. Over the course of several days he let us test drive the VW Alltrack, the Audi Q3, and the Audi Q5. He showed himself to be extremely patient as well as knowledgeable. At our request Norman then searched for a slightly used 2016 Q5 and found one in N. Carolina. The car reached Flow Wed. night and Norman then drove the car 45 minutes to our home on Thur. so that we could inspect the vehicle. Certainly no car salesman has ever been so service-oriented with us! In addition, when we arrived at Flow on Fri., Norman had completed all of the paperwork perfectly so that the entire sales/financing process was very smooth and quick. We can honestly say that Norman Daniel is the best car salesman we have dealt with in the past 45 years. read more

We got off to a rocky start, but things ended well. I needed a new headlight assembly for my Audi TT. I called Flow to make sure they were in stock, and I was assured that they were. When I went to pick the car up, I was told that the technician had determined that it just needed a new bulb, not a whole assembly, so I agreed to have them just swap out the bulb, despite my misgivings. Sure enough, it did not fix the problem, as I discovered when the headlight started malfunctioning again the next day. I brought the car back several days later for them to take another look. This time, a different technician concurred with my original diagnosis that it needed a new headlight assembly...but they were all out of stock. Several days later, the part had arrived, so I took the car back in, and they swapped it out for me. Additionally, Flow credited the cost of the bulb and labor against the cost of the new headlight assembly and did not charge me for any labor on the day that they spent correctly diagnosing the problem, so while it was a bit of a saga to get it fixed, I am satisfied with how they treated me, as they were fair in what they charged me for. read more
