A very good experience with service and well stocked inventory. I actually went twice over three days. Plenty of parking nearby and the lot was clear of debris. Signage is excellent, I was shopping for back to school items for my college daughter and found everything I needed. A lamp, desk organizer and the hard to find putty for wall hanging. I also utilized the restroom which needed attention with no toilet paper. Checkout was very smooth and staff friendly. I would return. 3.5 rounding up with a nice clean well stocked store with friendly staff. read more

The new system for copying and printing, where you email your documents to them, get a sign in code, and do the job all yourself on the big copier machines - is both convenient and inconvenient at the same time, if that makes any sense. It's like a grocery store that only sells produce and only has self checkout. What I need from Staples isn't the producers for sale inside - I can get those all online - but the service from the staff to help me get stuff printed and scanned when I am away from home or my scanner is on the fritz or I'm away from home. But the staff here were helpful and kind and very very patient and walked me through the whole thing. read more

I went to this staples to print some papers I needed. Suneil helped me at the printer desk and he couldn't have been kinder! He was extremely helpful and went through the whole process so made it easy to do. Basically you can print from your phone or from their computer. You email your papers to their printers email and it provides you a code to enter to print your pictures. It was $0.81 per colored paper and the quality was nice. Will definitely come back for my printing needs! read more

This store sold me an iPhone charger that stopped working after seven days. When I politely tried to return it for a refund or exchange they refused to do so saying it had been more than 14 days. These kinds of devices are available on Amazon for half the price that Staples sells them for in their store and they offer a fair return policy. I asked for the manager who did nothing but repeat the corporate policy that says they do not stand behind any technology products for more than 14 days regardless of the reason. Staples appears to have made a corporate decision to sell low quality merchandise at inflated prices and then refuse to stand behind them. I see no reason to shop here. Ever. read more

I love this staples location. I go here often to print things or buy things for my office at home or at work. I always have found the service to be super friendly (something I haven't always experienced at other Staples locations) in the print area and in store. The other day I was looking for a specific notebook and couldn't find it anywhere. I got help right away that lead me to the right place right away! They always have great deals, especially during back to school season. You can't go wrong with this specific Staples location! read more

I went in one day to possibly return/store credit my paper shredder I purchased there which apparently stopped working, after six months! The associate (should've gotten his name/receipt for my merchandise) took my shredder from me and said a mgr. "would look at it and call me..."Two days later, no call, so I returned--all I wanted was to get my shredder back! The first associate I spoke to got another associate for me (not mgmt.) This associate was infuriating because he kept asking me over and over to tell him EXACTLY what date I had dropped it off, and EXACTLY what time!! He treated me with a great deal of skepticism, and even said, "because we have camera footage..."..like he was going to pull up camera footage to try and prove that I had actually come in previously and left a paper shredder!! I kept telling him that I was neither a liar or a thief! He ushered me physically away from other customers, and didn't attempt to go look for my paper shredder until it was obvious that I was furious, and raising my voice! He finally excused himself to go look for my shredder, found it, and gave it back. Word to the wise---if you return merchandise there, leave it with their story that "they will look at/fix it", be sure to take name of associate, and make them give you a receipt for the merchandise. Otherwise when you return, they'll treat you like a common criminal making up a story to try and get something from them!!! I've never been so disrespected in retail in my life and I was a loyal customer prior to this, but I will NEVER be back!!! read more

I stopped there this morning on my useless quest to find Lysol spray for my Dad that is going through chemo. This store was absolutely filthy!!! I was appalled as soon as I walked in. There were 3 people just standing around by the register and another couple walking around. I had one guy ask me if I found everything ok and I said no, you need to clean this store up. He turned away without even replying to me. When every other business is shortening hours to do deep cleaning, this place can't even be bothered to vacuum. Stay away!!! read more

Went to exchange an $8 wire file holder with a larger one (no receipt) still had the tag on it ... they couldn't "find" the original purchase in their "system", so up came the manager. He took it in the back while I waited 10 minutes for him to emerge, only to say he couldn't "find" it either. All I wanted to do was exchange it for a larger on and pay the difference. Wasn't allowed to do so, so ended up just buying the larger one outright. The entire nightmarish experience was 25+ minutes ... the Manager at this store is a complete and utter moron. I went into staples to grab some labels and ink cartridges. Before I left home I made sure to grab my $10 off coupon. When I checked out I presented the coupon to the cashier only to be informed that I was expired by ten days. :( I expressed my regret in not grabbing the other coupon I had which was not expired. Instead of just being like oh I'm sorry the cashier said her manager could override the expiration and validate my coupon. She called the manager he came over and did some typing looked at me and said simply we thank you for your business sir. Text book customer service. May not sound like much but just the fact that they were willing to help me out even tho my coupon was expired speaks volumes about their attitude toward customers. read more

I recently set up our 501(c)(3) nonprofit to receive tax exemption for our purchases at Staples. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. I returned the next day in panic mode because I was out of ink in my printer and had time sensitive printing to do. The manager on Duty, Ryan, let me straight to the eggs that I needed and helped me get the lowest price by searching the Staples online site. He would even further when I asked if they would match other sites' prices did a full on Google search for the lowest price he could find. He matched best buys price which was the lowest. So I ended up saving our organization over $10 which is a lot of money for a nonprofit. Thank you and this is what makes the difference between shopping online and being in the store. read more

One of the best shopping experiences in a long time and my third good experience, over the last six months for this location. I needed a printer to replace a failing Epson. Elijah, one of the store employees, listened carefully to my concerns about the Epson and took me to a printer that addressed all of them. Yes, all of them. I ended up purchasing the next model up in the line but that was because even in this wireless world, I wanted a USB port and memory card slot. The manager, John, went above and beyond when it came to solving an issue concerning the Epson even though it was not a Staples issue. In fact from my first encounter with John on the phone, to the experience in the store, John took ownership of the problem. Amazing since Staples was in no way at fault. Be very careful if you must shop here. I have occasionally shopped here with no specific pluses or minuses to state. However, I purchased an item in January, 2014 and returned the item in February, 2014. Instead of a refund the cashier suggested I receive the refund on a Reward Card and I foolishly accepted. She did not mention that the card would expire in 6 months nor that a maintenance fee would be charged. When I next returned, in October to purchase something the card was expired and when I asked for a manager, she said there was nothing she could do, that the computer would not let her override. I then contacted Staples corporation by phone and eventually reached someone who said he would send me out a new card and would restore the $3 maintenance fee. However, as of mid-December, 2014 I had not received the card. I again contacted Staples corporation and now they say they cannot do anything and that I need to talk to the manager at the local store. If you are foolish enough to shop at Staples, please be careful not to accept any refunds in the form of a Reward Card. read more
