I had previously contacted iFixt about a broken screen on my iPhone 6. I was immediately responded to re: ability to fix and cost $, etc. About a week later I was able to visit iFixt. After assessing the problem, I was told I didn't have a broken iPhone screen but a broken protector screen. They could have easily said it was my phone and go about replacing iPhone's screen charging me $ but they were straight forward and honest. Wow! Simply Wow!! We had iFixt replace the battery in our Moto G5 Plus battery. The price was reasonable but it took them four days to get the part. About a week later we called because because the speaker on the phone had become weak. Could barely hear it. Again iFixt quoted a fair price but it was going to take several days to get the part. He said it could just be a dust build up and asked that we being it in so he could check. That was nice to hear. So far so good. We brought the phone in and he said come back in an hour. When we came back he told us the screen was broken, and mumbled something about the last person who worked on the phone had messed up the plug. He did not seem to know that iFixt was the last outfit to work on the phone. He tried to sell us an iPone 6 he had. He said it would be a better investment because iPhone parts are much cheaper than parts for a budget phone. We took the phone to Mobile Saver Plus a few doors down, who showed us that the screen was cracked. Moblie Saver Plus installed the new screen and had the phone working perfectly the next day. He removed glue he on the wire mesh that covered the speaker. iFixt was the last outfit to seal the phone before the glue was discovered on the speaker mesh. read more

Disappointed with the results of the repair. They damaged the device I brought in for repair. Didn't offer any kind of discount for the damage. The guy I dealt with was rude. He walked away from me in the middle of my drop off and took care of someone else's drop off and then came back to finish mine. If I could give 0 stars I would! read more

Really one of the worst repair places I have ever been. The tech did not tell me until after he had taken apart my phone that he had never repaired that model before. He then glued the screen on without the microphone in place so I had to take another day to go back again. Now two weeks after the "repair" the glue is coming off and the whole thing falling apart, the camera also now does not work. When I messaged the owner about a refund I had no response. Regret having paid in cash or would have called in this scam. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. read more

Return visit to replace iPhone 6 Plus battery that was beginning to wear out; last year my first visit was for a broken iPad glass. This time, Mike was manning the kiosk; Raghav was elsewhere in the Mall. Same great service with a smile. Whole replacement took about 30 minutes. Mike was happy to let me watch. The task was somewhat less complicated than when Raghav fixed the broken glass of my iPad, if only because no heat gun to melt an adhesive was needed; tiny screws in the base held the front to the back of the iPhone. At any rate, after replacing the battery, Mike charged it a bit to test the functioning, making sure that everything worked--all systems GO. Gotta tell you, the little screws that that he removed were so small that I could not even see them, but then again, he's at least 40 years younger than I. Pricing was great, about two-thirds of what a well-known battery shop down the road in C'ville would have charged. Solid 5-stars once again! read more

Price isn't cheap but reasonable and a lot cheaper than bringing it to the Apple store. Definitely would recommend. read more

Have been waiting almost a month for the tech to fix was he broke on my phone and still paid 179.99.

Do NOT get your phone repaired at this place. I cannot express how much I hate this place. I had my iPhone 6 screen replaced back in May. It looked like new and worked pretty well when I had it fixed, however, after about a month I noticed the replacement screen was coming away from the phone on the right side. I brought my phone back to the iFixt stand and the man working said he could apply some glue to the phone to secure it back down. After he "repaired" it, it seemed to be fine until about a month later my screen began to come away from the phone AGAIN. Needless to say, I have had this problem four times. I just recently brought my phone back to the stand in mid-December asking if my phone screen could be completely replaced because this was a reoccurring problem and was a big inconvenience especially since I spent $130 to have the original screen replaced. The two men working absolutely refused to touch the phone because my phone screen was "out of warranty" AND claimed they had just recently switched to new management. After giving them the name of the person who I had constantly been dealing with and working with to repair my screen multiple times, they gave me the ridiculous response... "Oh yeah... Adam was an old employee, we've heard he wasn't very good and we've had a lot of customers complain about him." As a quality business/company they should assume full responsibility of work that was done prior to the new management because using that as an excuse is simply unacceptable. Do NOT have your phone screen replaced here, they will not work with you and will immediately claim that your phone screen is "out of warranty," therefore they are not responsible and will not work with you to fix it. I would give this place 0 stars if that was possible... read more

Will not stand behind work. Beware! Assured me they offer warranty. Make sure you get it in writing! Either the replacement screen or the installation itself on a 5c iphone was faulty as screen cracked within three days of replacement. Tech did not hear daughter clearly when she explained what happened. Phone was not dropped, crushed or abused in anyway to cause screen to crack again. Understand that customers may try to take advantage as I am thirty years in retail myself and iFixit does not have access to truth serum, however would have been reasonable for them to meet me half way instead of being out of $50 . Inflexible, non caring "supervisor". Save your money and go a few steps further to next company fixing screens. That guy did not have screen but took one off his personal phone and fixed daughters phone so she would have it to use. He ordered one and said come back tomorrow and he would switch it out.. That is the type of service iFixit could learn from. read more
