Their printing services are terrible. I needed to print a poster for an International Biomedical Research conference that I am leaving for in 1 day. I spoke to an associate on the phone who assured me they could do the custom size I needed and print within the time frame I needed. I went into the store to complete the order, and an associate told me I would be helped personally. They left and didn't come back to help for 15 minutes, and when I got them back to help, they then told me they could not print the custom size I needed. Then I waited another 15 minutes for the associate to come back, and finally, a second associate came back and told me the size I needed would have to be sent to their other facility to be printed and would not be ready in time. I ended up leaving after wasting 30 minutes and my chances at getting this poster printed within business hours at another store. Very disappointed and will be taking my services elsewhere from now on, and spreading the word on their associate's lack of knowledge on their own services. read more

this place doesn't know what it's doing with printing, they lie and hope customers don't pick up on it. Repeatedly i've ordered with a specific paper weight because I use it for an art process where the paper weight is important. They ran out of paper and didn't even bother to tell me and it's happened the past 4 times i've ordered from them and they refuse to fix it bc apparently they've been out of paper for weeks?? how does that happen to a print shop?? and the customer service is also trash and the people don't know what they're doing. This is my favorite staples in town and it is in a convenient location. Parking is right in front and it is always open. The service here is great. It is never overloaded, fully stocked, and the staff is extraordinary. I use this location for shipping all the time, it is self service and you can even use their packing tape. The have UPS come svery day by 4pm and it goes out quickly. They occasionally have USPS come but don't rely on them for a speedy pick up. It is open until 8pm and the printing service is self serve so if you run out of ink at home come here. They will also laminate your vaccine cards for free! read more

I don't leave reviews often; but, I came in on a Friday just before closing looking to use the self service printers and got halfway through my project before the machines stopped cooperating. Had to ask for help and Trae did everything he could to make sure I got what I needed. Real standup guy. read more

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted me in locating additional items beyond my physical reach and insured I had everything I needed. When the store was out of an item they gave me all of my options including fast shipping and ordering online. When I eventually had to make a return they were gracious and accommodating. read more

Overall, this is an okay Staples. I will say I haven't had the greatest experience in the print area. One machine was broken and there was a long line and cranky service. However, otherwise, the store isn't bad. Employees offer help and the place is generally organized. It's easy to find what you are looking for. Regardless, I usually use staples for the print options, so because of my eh experiences at this staples, I will probably choose to find another location in the future. read more

Austin at the Copy & Print Shop was so patient and helpful when I was having trouble with a self-service printer. He noticed me looking around, proactively offered me help without me even asking, and solved my issue so quickly. So it's Staples and you don't think "yay I'm going to staples today" its a real get in and out kind of place. So here are my issues with this location and I want you to learn from my mistakes. This staples is a UPS pick up however it cannot do the barcode scan to spit out a label. Another thing to beware of is that you can shave off about 8 dollars in printing if you "drop it off" they charge extra for instant gratification. In other news, if you are here with the company card here are some issues you might encounter, the tax computer is down like 50% of the time. ARMONE is the BEST CASHIER there. They carry moleskin, keurig, pencils and paper. and occasional desk gadgets. You can also buy last minutes gift card gifts but they don't have a lot in the way of cards. read more

This was my worst Staples experience yet. I spent a total of 2 and a half hours in the Staples trying to accomplish ONE TASK. JUST ONE!!! I don't know how they made this take so long. ITS NONSENSICAL! All I needed was 20 copies and not only were both machines broken, the service rep provided absolutely no assistance. None. I am dissatisfied and quite frankly shocked. It's going to be a long time before I ever go back to staples. Continuing on the service representative, I witnessed two separate customers come and get shut down by this guy. Dear Reader, What can I say about Staples? Well, I can honestly say after spending thirty minutes sitting in their office chairs and leaving various SOS note around their store that they have poor vigilance, and excellent chairs and gel pens. However the highlight of my Staples experience was, in fact, in their fridge. Now, you may or may not have heard of a little energy drink called "Full Throttle" (if you have any decency or self respect, I'll assume haven't.) It is... We'll come back to that. First, why are there energy drinks in a Staples? This strikes me as odd, considering the only two reasons to visit Staples are to find the best printer to put your dick in, and realize the depths of your own depravity, an energy drink seemed (EMPHASIS ON PAST TENSE) unnecessary. Now, I am enlightened. This beverage is the worst thing I have ever consumed. It tastes like the shitty Easter jelly beans that you save for last after your dementia riddled Grandmother gives you a five gallon tub of the worst candy ever, because apparently Easter is about shitty artificial beans. However, I'm fairly certain it is only comprised of printer ink and paint thinner. I did not prevent my companion from drinking his, because, as we all know, misery loves company. I would not want to deprive him of this monumental, life-changing event. I value my life so much more because nothing will ever be that traumatic again. I in fact finished the entire beverage, because when it costs 2 dollars and seventy nine fucking cents, you cant throw it away, and you cant give it away, because you would not wish that concoction on your worst enemy.
