Signage is excellent, I was shopping for back to school items for my college daughter and found everything I needed. A lamp, desk organizer and the hard to find putty for wall hanging. I would return. 3.5 rounding up with a nice clean well stocked store with friendly staff.

I called and got a quote of $5.50 for binding 100 pages together (basic copy paper with a simple…read morespiral binding). When I arrived at the business that same afternoon, I was greeted rudely by an employee who was working on a project and acted as if I was disrupting his work. He barked some questions at me and then took my pages, binded them, and demanded $10.53 for his work and "labor". This was not the quote I was told over the phone and when I said this, he continued to talk down to me, and I payed the $10.53 to avoid any further conflict. Not a good way to be running a business with such rude and disrespectful employees who don't want to help. Better transparency with your quotes and pricing would also be beneficial.

I now have the following message: "Order Delayed. Due to unforeseen circumstances, this order is expected to be delayed. No scheduled delivery/availability date is known at this time." I made multiple attempts to talk to someone and finally got a representative that insisted she had to have a "tracking number". I did not receive a tracking number (because I didn't ship anything). the only number they provided and emailed me is an "order number". So she insisted she cannot help me. First they missed their promised date. Second they missed their second date. Third they are now not giving me any date. Fourth they want a tracking number that does not exist. Fifth, I had to call their number many times and try different options for to talk to an actual person that refused to help because I didn't have a tracking number (because I didn't ship anything). THEY ARE ABSURD.

From what I understand, he could have done it in one day if he'd had all the supplies on hand.
