I would return. 3.5 rounding up with a nice clean well stocked store with friendly staff.

I called and got a quote of $5.50 for binding 100 pages together (basic copy paper with a simple…read morespiral binding). When I arrived at the business that same afternoon, I was greeted rudely by an employee who was working on a project and acted as if I was disrupting his work. He barked some questions at me and then took my pages, binded them, and demanded $10.53 for his work and "labor". This was not the quote I was told over the phone and when I said this, he continued to talk down to me, and I payed the $10.53 to avoid any further conflict. Not a good way to be running a business with such rude and disrespectful employees who don't want to help. Better transparency with your quotes and pricing would also be beneficial.

He said he would email me the quote shortly. I didn't receive the email and it was 15 minutes before they closed, 4:45, so I called back and spoke to Ben, of which he was quick to help and gave me a quote over the phone within minutes. He quoted me at $41 and some change. I finally received the email from Jeff today and he quoted me at $93.95 before tax, more than twice what Ben quoted me at!! If you must give these people your business, do not deal with Jeff Duncan as he will rip you off!! Not to mention T&N printing, in downtown Charlottesville, has the same printers as Printsource and is even cheaper than what Ben quoted me at. Do yourself a favor, shop around before you decide to do business with this shop, and avoid Jeff Duncan at all costs if you do.

Very good customer service…read more I've gotten a lot of courteous, fast, and capable help here when I was in a rush. I now have the following message: "Order Delayed. Due to unforeseen circumstances, this order is expected to be delayed. No scheduled delivery/availability date is known at this time." I did not receive a tracking number (because I didn't ship anything). the only number they provided and emailed me is an "order number". So she insisted she cannot help me. First they missed their promised date. Second they missed their second date. Third they are now not giving me any date. Fourth they want a tracking number that does not exist.
