They had many available but we selected a lobster design from another source. No problem. Our choice was uploaded to the Custom Ink website. We decided on the placement of the design as well as the font style and size. Lots of options were available. I called customer service for help finding matching children's shirts and an 18 month size onesie. The service rep patiently provided helpful assistance, and I was able to complete the order. The shirts arrived on time and look great. We are pleased with the quality of the shirt and the perfectly executed printing of the logo. When the shirts arrived, the shirts for my daughters were too large. I called customer service and was able to reorder. The rep researched sizes and presented options. Best of all, I was not charged the $10. fee for expedited service. Shirts were approximately $21. This company believes in and implements censorship. They delayed my order for weeks and then when I…read morewas expecting the shirts to arrive soon, they called to say I had to change the design, and started mentioning the CDC, and FDA. They wouldn't allow a skull and crossbones to be in the design of the shirt. Yet, they printed our shirts (and were late) for the first round of orders. We lost income at an event because of the first order being late. I gave them another chance and next time they delayed until just before my event, only to call and say I had to change the design, or they won't print it. Who do they think they are!? Then they pulled the "we are a private business" crap. These larger companies need to be put out of business! Unbelievable!

Little did I know that Don and company would turn out to be an awesome asset in many ways! First off their customer service is amazing. I always get an email back quickly answering whatever questions I may have. They also know my business schedule really well and reach out to remind me to schedule my printing dates. They are aware that I get caught up in the hectic schedule of having two jobs and they know their schedule gets booked quickly in the summer when I need to print 300-400 shirts. So they are sure to remind me to get the dates reserved! The selection is great too! Don has options for any budget whether you are looking to stay on the cheap or order some fancier materials; Crazy Horse has both roads covered! I especially love the Next Level shirts as they are very affordable yet extremely high-quality and durable. Lastly Don is a very respectful and laid-back guy who wants to do right by his customers. He surrounds himself with good employees whether it was Andrew in the past or currently John, these guys fit the Crazy Horse team perfectly. I once made a huge mistake on an order and didn't check my sizes and numbers as instructed. Don didn't hesitate in immediately fixing the issue at cost and doing so in a very quick manner. For these reasons and more, I highly recommend Crazy Horse for your printing needs! Scott Williams Camp4Real, LLC Owner/Founder
