If i could give ZERO stars it would be warranted. Since Candace N. Bohanon has taken over Mailbox…read moreExpress the services are no longer customer based. The previous owners were very professional and most importantly kind to their CUSTOMERS. Unfortunately the new owner is one of the rudest, seemingly self centered and a ridiculously unprofessional "so called" business owner that I have ran across in a long time. FORTUNATELY the mailbox services used were terminated. I say that because there are ABSOLUTELY better servives that will meet CUSTOMER NEEDS. Here is really the why- Hence the payment was 30 dollars every three months or ten dollars per month. The cost isnt the issue at all. FACTS 1) They do not offer any forms of automated bill payments, no on line payments, no automatic account bank withdrawal 2)Payments are only accepted in person, or over the phone................ 3)No store manager available on site or over the phone............. 4) Sending Email is pointless when you have absolutely no portal linked to make payments............... 5) No text reminders as a lot of businesses offer..........NOTHING for business climate in 2024!!!! So in other words customers are supposed to be on MBX time and MBX time only???????? Looks that way. I have called this place repeatedly to make timely payments and you're really lucky if someone answers the phone or you have to call repeatedly. Let me guess- that must be impossible with one poor young lady thats always working the counter alone, and who seems certainly overwhelmed, timid and maybe even racist.............. Previously they also discarded the contents of the mailbox without any real due dillugence. MBX never attempted to offer any other alternatives for payment outside of thier ancient business model. The mistake the owner has made are the false accusations and defamation of character presented in the termination of services letter. Falsely and blatantly accused of having an "aggressive tone and negative behavior in thier establishment" Rarely does anyone on this end visit MBX because most business transactions are on line or over the phone!!!! I do know they charged about 100.00 to send one letter overnight, no problem we paid!!!!!! However falsly accusing someone of anything and I KNOW it is totally false is plausible for legal action. Filing complaints with the appropriate agencies accordingly regarding this would be deemed appropriate. Falsely accusing your customers of anything I'm confident that you have ZERO PROOF of other than your overwhelmed counter worker AND it's in writting is a further indication of the level of insufficiency and uprofessionalism which obviously reflects on the owners true characteristics. A few months ago when the mailbox contents were discarded -thrown in the trash -the first thought was to not do business there anymore but gave it another chance- Bad decision. Business owners in any capacity where you are supposed to meet or sometimes exceeed your customers need, Mailbox Express has ULTIMATELY FAILED. Not deserving of anyone's business.

Denise Hood, the owner of Creative Juices, worked for me for approximately five years…read more Unfortunately, due to what I believed to be her inability to keep her southern-bred politics out of the professional space, we parted ways in a not so amicable manner. Notwithstanding our unpleasant farewell, it would be unfair to characterize Ms. Hood's work as subpar. On the contrary, over the years I have been quite impressed with the work products of Creative Juices. Ms. Hood, in my view, is one of the most knowledgeable experts in social media and marketing in the country! I found Ms. Hood to be very hardworking, honest, and responsive. I greatly value the work that Creative Juices completed for me. The aforementioned sentiments are entirely in keeping with previous review comments that I have offered in support of Creative Juices. I simply, at the time, chose not to express my growing discomforts with Ms. Hood's perceived ideology. It seems to me that there are two types of "clients" when it comes to hiring a social media professional -- the client who cares only about whether the social media professional has the technical expertise to get the job done; and the client who, in addition to expecting technical expertise, also cares about the quality of the overall experience. I fall in the latter category. Solely on the question of technical proficiency, I would give Ms. Hood the highest possible score. I truly think she is one of the best technical experts in the field! However, on the basis of what I perceived to be Ms. Hood's failure to separate her political ideology from her professional role, I would not rate my experience with Creative Juices very high. Thus, my overall rating of three stars. Actually, my 3-star rating is quite gracious, as has been my accolades in this review. In addition to my frustrations with Ms. Hood's perceived ultra-conservative ideology, which is her right to hold, I did not cite here the supervision time I invested pointing out sloppy work (in my view) on occasion. I wish to keep this review as positive as possible. Yet I anticipate a strong defensive reaction from Creative Juices, as opposed to introspection. That would be consistent with my experience whenever I tried to point out errors to the owner. Quite frustrating, though I will not downgrade to a "2-star" rating. I wish to be as fair as possible. I am grateful for all that Ms. Hood and Creative Juices did for my office over nearly five years. I wish her company much success in the future, though I will not be returning to this company as a client. Shenandoah Titus, Esq. They had many available but we selected a lobster design from another source. No problem. Our choice was uploaded to the Custom Ink website. We decided on the placement of the design as well as the font style and size. Lots of options were available. I called customer service for help finding matching children's shirts and an 18 month size onesie. The service rep patiently provided helpful assistance, and I was able to complete the order. The shirts arrived on time and look great. We are pleased with the quality of the shirt and the perfectly executed printing of the logo. When the shirts arrived, the shirts for my daughters were too large. I called customer service and was able to reorder. The rep researched sizes and presented options. Best of all, I was not charged the $10. fee for expedited service. Shirts were approximately $21. They wouldn't allow a skull and crossbones to be in the design of the shirt. Yet, they printed our shirts (and were late) for the first round of orders. We lost income at an event because of the first order being late. I gave them another chance and next time they delayed until just before my event, only to call and say I had to change the design, or they won't print it. Who do they think they are!? Then they pulled the "we are a private business" crap. These larger companies need to be put out of business! Unbelievable!
