When I arrived at the business that same afternoon, I was greeted rudely by an employee who was working on a project and acted as if I was disrupting his work. He barked some questions at me and then took my pages, binded them, and demanded $10.53 for his work and "labor". This was not the quote I was told over the phone and when I said this, he continued to talk down to me, and I payed the $10.53 to avoid any further conflict. Not a good way to be running a business with such rude and disrespectful employees who don't want to help. Better transparency with your quotes and pricing would also be beneficial.

Pages were loose and had to be completely re-sewn. Front and back covers had to be replaced; he was able to salvage the cover illustrations and apply them to new covers. The spine had to be replaced, and the new spine harmonizes beautifully with the cover illustratons. Lettering on the front was damaged by tape, and he redid the lettering so perfectly you can't tell where he original leaves off and the new lettering begins. Outstanding craftsmanship. I can't wait for my grandchildren to enjoy this book as I did as a child and when my children were young. Many thanks.

I needed a small, 12 page story book printed. The man, who I assume is the owner as he was the only…read moreperson there who wasn't a teen and seemingly the only one working, assured me this could be done easily within a couple of days. I made sure he had my phone number and forwarded the content to him via email and he assured me I could pick it up on Friday. I came in Friday and he told me "oh, I couldn't do it" Stunned I asked "Why not?" He explained the way the slides were laid out, he couldn't print them in order. I said, trying to hide my frustration, "I wish you would have called me. I could have adjusted it for you." He replied, " I couldn't find your number. Mind you, he had my email because the content was sent to him via email but whatever. I tried to adjust the layout on the computer in the shop, but while I was trying, he figured it out. That to me meant if he had spent a few minutes trying to figure it out while doing the job, he could have completed the job. Now he assured me I could pick it up on Monday. I called before I got there because they close at 5 and it was 4:30 and I was just getting to the commuter lot. I wanted to make sure he knew I was still coming to pick it up. Good thing I called because when I got there at 4:45, he was just printing it. It was almost like he heard my message and thought, crap I better do that now. When I finished he gave me this poorly laid out book and the whole book is out of order. The last page is the first page. A simple two minute read through or at least comparison with what I provided would have made it obvious this was out of order. Annoyed, but still being too pleasant, I told him it was out of order. He put the pages in order and printed it again. This time it was in order but it just looks stupid. There is a cover image with a blank page right next to it. (See photo) as a professional printer, I would have been embarrassed to present this to a customer. Now I don't have time to get this reprinted and I'm stuck with 5 copies of a book I'm embarrassed to present to anyone.. In all of the errors and communication failures, not once did he apologize or express a single ounce of remorse for this poor service. This job was handled so poorly, I felt disrespected. I'm not sure why my experience is so different from whomever gave him 5 stars, but I wouldn't use this shop to make a single copy
