I was told that all JUMP! upgrades have to be handled online and that T-Mobile will mail me a new phone, and I can't get a new one in the store through that program. Ok, fine...not the service reps fault, that's how they do things, blah blah. However, when I asked how I was going to pick my new phone, I was met with blank stares. Them: "You have to do it online." Me: "Yes, I understand that, but how am I going to choose my phone?" Them: "Online, you pick it online. Through the app." Me: *sigh* Apparently nuance is totally lost on some people. Neither rep offered to show me some new phones, tell me about new phones, or help me in any way other than "you have to do it online". Talk about an opportunity lost. When we walked into the store we were not greeted by anyone we sat at a table expecting 1 of the 4 employees to come greet us that never happened. The manager and 2 employees were to occupied with what ever he had on his laptop the 4th employee was with a customer. When I decided to leave I walked over to them and asked if there was another store that could help me since they were ignoring me and instead of asking what I needed they told me where another store was. I have been a customer of att since 1992 and have spent a lot of money on your products to be treated the way we were. I will be canceling all of my lines thru your company and will go to a company that values there customers. We are sitting at home with new iPads and iPhones 6s and couldn't be happier. Yes you pay more for Verizon, however their service is excellent. Expert customer service that a Verizon corporate store needs to figure out how to emulate.
