So then the item cost you $4. Kohl's you suck as a business. I will take my purchases else where from now on.

The press sings songs about REI like it's the holy land for outdoor men and women, and maybe that's true in parts. But you don't go there for ceremony, you go for the tools. They make good tools. You don't want to trust your life to something flimsy when you are out there, far from the roads and the towns, when your survival depends on gear. REI has it, in its clean rows, with its well-meaning salespeople, and its prices that sting a little but still make sense. It is the day-to-day, too. The jacket for the morning walk. The pack for the hike with your daughter. The water bottle that won't quit, no matter how many miles you pour through it. It holds up for the small things and the big. It holds up for life. Laughing with me at some of the funny decals they had. One gal helped me look through all the decals in the case and she didn't make it seem like I was a burden and actually was really helpful. But the best part of this Hollister location is the personal who run it. Every shopping experience I've ever had has been phenomenal because of the staffs professionalism, and warm genuine attitudes. I told the manager however they brushed it off and said they already know about it and have had a work order in to have it fixed. Ok great they are going to have it fixed eventually until then let's hope they don't get sued or L and I doesn't come and pay them a visit or worse someone gets seriously hurt. I am thankful I had my son there who caught me or who knows what could have happened. My foot still hurts from it. It's called DUCK TAPE. Use some until someone fixes the issue. It's one thing if they didn't know about the problem however to just choose to let it stay that way until someone fixes it without any signs or tape is negligence. She pointed out to me that the rugs are coming up ALL OVER the STORE. Also posted this on google, I think people should be warned since they aren't doing it.
