From what I can tell this place put an extra $400 to $600 in "fees" on us. I do not believe I would pay this at a real Verizon store. I went ahead and paid the fee for the human assistance. If you do hand over your device to these people make sure you back it up and erase it first to prevent identity theft. And don't get there when they are scheduled to open at 10AM, they always seem to be "running late", plan on giving them an extra 15-30 minutes for arrival.
