I've been with Verizon for 21 years. Worst Verizon store ever! Go to a real Verizon in Conroe or the Woodlands . Be sure it's a real Verizon and not one of these Mickey Mouse franchises. From what I can tell this place put an extra $400 to $600 in "fees" on us. I do not believe I would pay this at a real Verizon store. I went ahead and paid the fee for the human assistance. At the 2 hour mark it was obvious that the store wifi was too slow to complete the data transfer this century I went home with instructions on how to complete the setup and to call back to store for assistance Well I needed to call the store and could only get robots and China on the phone I could not call the store So I drove back. The guy working told me how to do it and I came home and am almost finished hours later I should have ordered the phone from Verizon and done the setup at home If you must go to a store go to a real Verizon I also tried to call corporate Verizon for help I finally got past the robots to a human for technical assistance and it was China again She spent 20 minutes trying to upsell me. We went in to combine accounts, but the clerk talked us into "upgrading our phones for free". Fast forward 5 months later, we only received credit for one phone. So they took our IPhone 14, and gave us $0 for it, and charged us $1500 for a new phone we didn't need. 12+ visits to the store, and numerous calls to customer service have resulted in nothing but delay tactics. Absolutely horrible! Do not use this store. My husband bought a phone from this store. It quit working 3 weeks later. He went back to simply exchange it because , well,there is a 30-day exchange period. The guy that originally sold him the phone told him that he couldn't even order him a new phone until the 30th and that they were in high demand and no stores would have the phone. Well, 2 days later, my husband asked me to go back to the location with him because he felt like he was being lied to. When we walked in, we were greeted by the same guy. I asked him if they had any of those particular phones in stock, to which he quickly responded, "Yes, we do." He didn't recognize my husband and quickly retreated his statement when my husband confronted him. He said, "Well, let me make sure." Then, he came back with,"Those are actually sold." When we asked him to find one for us, he said that he couldn't even order one until the 30th. We begged and pleaded and received no help. He said he was sorry and that he could order one on the 30th, which was in two days. We decided to take a drive to conroe, and the salesman there was very helpful, but couldn't assist us because we purchased it from this other store, which is just an authorized dealer. He told us that we were actually 1 day away from being able to exchange it and that we needed to go back there and ask for a refund or a phone. When we went back, we spoke to the manager and told her that we wanted a refund or a phone. Guess what? They magically got a shipment of them 20 minutes earlier. It's hard to believe, right? She was very helpful in assisting us. However, I dont think she really had a choice. It was not going to be pretty if we didn't get a refund or an exchange. RUN this is a bad store. I was lied to on several occasions and they steel your money. They say that is corporate and corporate says they are keeping made up fees and the store said they don't care about Verizon contracts. THey broke my phone and sent me to corporate store. We went to Victra Verizon located at 18024 Hwy 105W Ste 700, Montgomery Texas in mid-December 2022. We traded in (2) iPhone X models for (1) iPhone 14 Pro max and (1) iPhone 14 Pro. During this same visit we told Trevor (salesman) that we'd also like to trade in our iPad Pro. This is when the LIES began. He said our phones looked to be in great shape and he was sure we could receive $800 for each phone. He also said there was a promotion taking place and because we were buying 2 phones the iPad would be $250. When the devices arrived, the receipt showed a detailed pricing breakdown including the phones and the iPad. When I questioned the phone / iPad pricing, he clearly stated it takes about 4 months for the promotions to take effect. On this breakdown it showed the phones list prices, and $620 for the iPad. I received a text from him the week before Christmas stating he needed my Verizon PIN in order to add the iPad to the account correctly to assure the promotion would show it at NC. Over the next week, I called and texted him to validate his action had been completed. Every text or call was responded too with lies, stating customer service was closed, manager was out etc.. When we received our first bill, it showed the iPhones were credited less $400 each and $100 off the iPad. When I questioned Trevor, he again stated it takes 4 months, but everything would be corrected by then. It's now been 4 months, nothing has changed. I understand the trade credits could change if there were any issues with the phones. I don't understand how a FREE PROMOTIONAL iPad cost me $500. I would never purchase anything from Victra again, and judging from reviews this is typical of Victra. read more

In my attempt to Port-Out my mobile phone number to another carrier I ran into trouble as my phone was not compatible with other carrier's network. With my only phone now no longer working I was between a rock and a hard place. I walked into the Montgomery, TX store, laid out and discussed my situation with the Technician and later with the Manager. After weighing my options I decided to Port-Back my mobile number to Verizon and have service restored. The team ran with it, working diligently and relentlessly through the various issues that arose along the way until my service was restored to my full satisfaction. The Verizin Store in Montgomery Texas is not a real verizon store. I traded in a phone which should cost $15 for the upgrade. The upgrade wad $15 as promised. Of course, with a new phone you need a few accessories. Total, $450. Wow. Came to my senses and tried to take a couple of accessories. Back the next day. Was told that because I bought the accessories with the phone I saved $35. And if I returned anything at all I would lose the $35. Wow. Felt like the while thing was a big scam. Don't shop here. Their customer service is terrible. They made me wait outside for a half an hour. And took other customers in front of me. That weren't signed in I checked. Wasn't going to spend another day trying to figure about why my critical business phone was not receiving calls. Yes, another full day. Took a full day to set up two lines because there is only one person who knows what they're doing. I dreaded going back to this retailer because I didn't' want to waste another full day. On the second day, well into a second hour of waiting to talk to someone I noticed that the same two people they were servicing have not left and were also waiting for someone who knew what they were doing. Then, food was delivered and they all went to the back into the employees room while customers were waiting. This infuriated me so much went in back employees room and everyone was in the back eating and having a party. I asked to speak to the manager and they said they were going to call the police if I didn't leave. How's that for customer service. Only go to this retailer if you like wasting your time or better yet bring them food maybe you'll get somewhere but no where very fast. read more

RUN!!! Worth going to a real Verizon Store than going to this reseller. Worst manager customer service skills. Was sold a plan but wasn't reflected on my invoice. When I went in to get it corrected the manager said it didn't exist and therefore I was mistaken. However, after 20-30 minutes of arguing he writes the name of the plan on a piece of paper and tells me that there's a plan for the amount I was originally quoted that exists but I need to call customer service to get it fixed. What a joke! These people have no clue how to treat customers. read more
