Folks, careful on this store - these guys do not know customer service - they are unprofessionals and basically will lie to you. We had a dispute about 2 weeks ago and they jus handled it horribly. We went back after calling corporate TMobile which was very helpful only to be kicked out of the store with threats to call in police if we did not leave the store. It seems this store is awesome to people switching over but once you are an AT&T customer, they will SCREW you to the wall. This store is criminal, there is no other word for it. They completely lied to my husband about the phone he was supposedly upgrading on his Jump plan that we have been paying for months. They put him on LEASE which is more expensive and didn't even let him know! Then they lied to him about a tablet he thought was free and would not take it back. They lied (meaning didn't bother to divulge) to him that there were going to be a charges, charges,, charges for the case for the tablet, for the screen protector, etc. and then put a bunch of stuff on our account that we DIDN'T AUTHORIZE, like insurance, etc. They were RUDE when we tried to return is and completely unhelpful in resolving the issue. We have been T-Mobile customers for years and are treated like this??? Spent literally HOURS on the phone with customer service people trying to resolve this, got NO WHERE. Why don't they just take the freaking tablet back and make it right. They are get paid on how much their customers bills are and this store is EXPERT at screwing customers over. Do not buy anything from this store and do not switch to T-Mobile if you are thinking about it. You think ATT and Verizon are bad, T-Mobile is worse, they are just more deceptive about it. read more

felt like I was buying a used car. One salesman was busy helping customers. He had to tell the other salesman to help me, after I waited 10 mins. Got quoted a rate, turned it down. Spoke with T-Mobile, got better rates, but still not to my liking. It wasn't a total waste of time. Found a better rate online at ATT. Before you go to a store, do some comparison shopping. Went to this store to switch over from Verizon. Based on every horrible experience you get at a Verizon store, I was dreading coming to T-Mobile. What I experienced with the team on 09-19 at 6:45 p.m. was truly amazing. Sarah was beyond wonderful in her handling of our transactions, carefully recommending but not being pushy on accessories. She cleaned our screens, set us up, explained everything and all while the store was beyond their closing time. I watched the other staff members working with a sudden influx of customers and they were all wonderful. read more

Just Went in to auroral market place t- Mobil with a shattered phone. Expecting to get a cover to contain glass, maybe a new phone and see if the glass in old phone could be repaired, but basically to figure out best corse of action. The girl was rude and unhelpful. I asked prices of i phones 8, 7 and se models. she actually told me the se model is 400 "as always" ....as if I knew the price at all...then the only information she offered without being asked was that if my shattered phone was not shattered I could have gotten 300$ off an i phone 8... I had to ask what? She repeated it and I laughed.. i decided to leave without protection screen ( I'd rather keep cutting my finger on my shattered screen then spend a dime there) I almost called to let the manager know all this but instead decided to give my fist yelp review ever... read more

This is very horrible customer service. Me and my husband came into the store today, having a problem with a phone that was purchased not even 30 days yet. This is my 2nd review of this store... we come in and we get told the other manager doesn't work in their any more... well the other manager was beyond amazing and fixed the previous issue we had to deal with. So alright they fixed the problem last time cause the manager noticed a horrible review about their store. I am sorry we been customers for 4 yrs if not longer now... who would go to them if they treat their customers like its not their fault and pretty much blame it on manufacturer. I didnt by that phone from manufacturer... we went to this specific store and bought this phone. Almost 30 day phone having problems ... this is my husbands only phone and they won't do anything about it and tell us well the only thing we can does warranty exchange, by the way its on back order so you won't get it for half of the months. So, now what... well we are customers .. are you going to provide customer service or not. Yes, we are upset .. and want this issue to get fixed for now this store will get 0 stars from us if that was the option. I called today to talk with manager she said their is nothing they can do tonhelp solve our issue...obviously i was upset taling to her. Told her the truth of how I felt about their customer service. Too bad I had to give this place even one star. I wish there were a negative-star rating, like negative 100! After spending an hour with some person in India about my problem, he told me to go to the store where I bought the tablet that one salesperson had been sold to me without informing me it would cost $15/month to pay for the phone line. I had been snookered. It was, I was told, a "special offer" for my for being such a good customer. After the bill came, I realized their scheme. When I went to return it, suddenly all the people disappeared into the back. Meanwhile, I was left to sit and wait. When one did come out, he went to help a couple that had just come in. I rushed up to him only to have him tell me he wasn't "in a position" to return the tablet. Arrgghhhh. Such mumbo jumbo. Really, their behavior was so nakedly "ignore her and she'll go away" kind of thing, it would have been laughable if I hadn't been treated so shabbily. I stormed out after telling the man that this treatment was exactly why people hate phone companies. Believe me, I'll be searching for another company soon. read more

Terrible store! Don't waste your time going here. On 10-25-2018, I walked into the store and the female employee just stared in my eyes with resting bitch face and never said anything. It was immediately uncomfortable. I decided to wait for a second to see if any oyher employee would acknowledge me, that never happened. It looked like there was three employees total. One was working next to the female, he looked like a customer to me at first but I then saw his nametag. He too wouldn't acknowledge me, by the time I left the store, none did. Then there was an employee near the rear of the store who was helping people who had made themselves comfortable on furniture in the back (probably because they have been there for hourse already and needed to sit down), he was going into the back grabbing merchandise for them and everytime he would walk to and from them had the "I don't even want to be here" look on his face. I decided to leave the store after about a long 5min and give Sprint or Verizon my money. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! You've been warned. read more

The employees at this store tried to scam me by offering me a "free" tablet. The catch? A fifteen dollar a month service fee. It took me a few minutes to come to my senses and decide against this "purchase". In that time, they had processed a charge on my debit card. I agreed mainly because when I asked about the return policy, I was told it was 14 days. I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THE OUTRAGEOUS RESTOCKING FEE, which is what they tried to charge me, though the product never left the store. They reduced it to 25.00 when I confronted them about not advising me of the restocking fee and they supposedly refunded 9.70, but I have yet to receive that refund. I have been lied to by three different employees while trying to get this 9.70 back. They have completely destroyed their customer relationship with me over this; I will never buy anything from this store or probably even from T-Mobile again. So to scam me out of 9.70, they lost a good customer and my positive opinion about them. And I hope that my posting will protect other potential customers. You don't need to purchase from T-Mobile. Even if you want to get your service through T-Mobile, I advise you to buy your products elsewhere. Their prices are too high and now they have a restocking fee. And their idea of customer service is to lie to people. read more
