My android phone that I've had for quite a few years was not holding a charge very well any more and wouldn't run some of the apps I wanted to run. When my wife needed a new phone I turned to Yelp to find a Metro PCS store with good reviews, which wasn't easy to find. Although we live in rural Washington State we will go where ever necessary for quality products or services. So I went to this store and told Fernando that I needed a new phone and that I needed one with plenty on memory and a good camera because as a machinist I use one all of the time when working on equipment to help me remember how thing go back together and that there is a high potential for it to be dropped on concrete. He helped me pick out a phone and case. I asked him to put a screen protector on the phone and he didn't have a tempered glass one to fit the phone I chose. Not knowing the difference I allowed him to put on a "liquid glass" style protector. I had the new phone slip out of my pocket a couple of weeks later and shatter the screen protector. I thought "not a big deal" that's what they are for I'll peel it off and replace it. ** IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE UNINFOMED** The liquid glass screen protectors do not provide impact protection, they are primarily to prevent scratches and are a nano layer that bonds to the phone's screen and are NOT replaceable and will render the screen unreadable when they shatter. The tempered glass style are easily replaceable and are far superior to the liquid glass type at protecting from impacts to the screen. ****************** Fernando was trying to provide me with what I requested, and I don't think he realized how fragile the liquid glass ones are like me. When I returned to the shop to asked them to "remove " the screen protector and found out it couldn't be removed I was glad to find out that he had put hand set replacement insurance on the phone. I know this review is getting long and so I'm going to end it by giving Fernando and Nancy a 5 star rating for their customer service helping me to get my phone replaced and being so patient and understanding with my situation. As a post script I would advise anyone buying a new phone to question wither they have a tempered glass style protector to fit the model your buying and insist that they NOT put a liquid glass one on your new phone.

An early Saturday AM delivery with a semi and a forklift in a residential neighborhood can always be a risk. The load was unloaded very quickly and quietly in less than 15 minutes start to finish. The sod was delivered curbside about 3 feet from where it needed installed without blocking parking or the sidewalk. The finished product was beautiful. Had a 3 men crew. One blew the bark in, the other held the tubing ( we had a long distance from the truck to our back yard) and the 3rd man went behind them and cleaned up after. Extremely efficient. At the regular store the cheapest shoe was $100 and $130 for a men's shoe. Inflation is real and we were in search of another good option so we headed to the woodburn outlet mall. The deals were amazing! We got 4 pairs of men's Nike shoes for $169 plus with the help of the Nike employee we signed up for rewards which saved us an additional 15%. I had only wished that they had some better deals on the clothing. I felt like the clothing was still pretty pricy. I found a black vest that I loved but ON SALE the vest was still $85 We will definitely be back to be on the hunt for the next great deal!

1 STAR -- Nike Completely Failed My Son I am beyond…read moredisappointed and angry with Nike. I placed an order on August 27th for shoes specifically for my autistic son to wear when he went back to school. I was given a delivery date of September 3rd, so I trusted Nike to do what they promised. Nike was VERY QUICK to take my money, but apparently not nearly as quick to communicate when they couldn't fulfill my order. Nobody contacted me to tell me there was a problem. Nobody warned me that the delivery was going to be delayed. I was left waiting and expecting my son's shoes to arrive. Now, after my son has already gone back to school, I'm being told that the shoes are NO LONGER IN STOCK. Are you serious, Nike? You accepted my order. You took my money. You gave me a delivery date. And then you failed to deliver the shoes and failed to properly communicate with me until it was too late. The person who suffers from Nike's mistake is my son. He has had to go back to school wearing his old shoes because Nike couldn't fulfill an order that I placed in good faith. This isn't just about a pair of shoes anymore. It's about accountability. If Nike knew there was an inventory problem, I should have been notified immediately so I could have found another pair before my son went back to school. I understand that mistakes happen. What I DON'T understand is how a company as large as Nike can take someone's money immediately but fail to take responsibility when the company makes the mistake. Nike screwed up this order, and my son is the one paying the price for it. I expected much better from Nike. This experience has completely changed the way I look at the company, and I will seriously think twice before ordering from Nike again. 1 star because zero stars apparently isn't an option. Nike needs to do better.
