Soooooo rude and unhelpful. Went in to buy the newest iphone, didn't mind if it needed to be shipped, not in a rush. It was a guy name Gerald & another man working. Gerald was nice enough but the other guy didn't even pretend to hide his horrible attitude. It felt like I was bothering him just being there. He was rude about the account and just had the nastiest attitude the whole time. I'd recommend going to another other verizon. read more

Mr. Alan Garcia was there, and he was Awesome. He showed me some options. I was able to pick what worked best for me and then he did the rest. Alan was amazing. She saved us money on our seriously outdated plan, helped us get set up with a replacement for one of our broken phones, and how to go through tech support to replace our dead tablet. Oh, c'mon, Verizon! I walked in today to buy a USB charger; you had 3 in stock and I asked for the price. You asked for my phone number. I declined to provide it and just asked for the price of the item. You said, "Gee, I don't think I can do that." Really? Wow... I went next door and bought one at RiteAid. They carried 7 different models. Get with it, Verizon! read more

This is the all time best Verizon retailer you can go to. They have excellent customer service. Every one who works their is extremely nice and they know what they are doing. When I went there to get two upgrades on my plan, Joe was the one who helped me out and he did a great job. Very friendly and I never once felt like I was being pressured to buy anything else. Worst service ever. Went to upgrade my sons phone. Should have cost $35.33 and the girl billed me for $460.33. When I asked why it showed that much on the receipt she said it was fine and it would only be the $35.33. Wrong! My bank account immediately had $460.33 deducted from it. She first said she couldn't do anything to give me my money back because it was the weekend. She then said she has only been working there for 2-3 months but she was sure she did everything right. Bottom line is she screwed up and took an extra $425ish dollars from me and now I have to wait to get it back. Verizon gets zero stars from me. Time to look for a change of service. read more

This place is an absolute JOKE. Go to a REAL Verizon store that cares about its customers. My husband has been a new customer of theirs for maybe a week and he has a brand new iPhone 12 that works maybe 20% of the time. From the moment he stepped out of that store he had issues upon issues. From the worker not setting up his new phone correctly and it not working when he left, to the same guy lying about his bill price and then setting up his account so wrong that not even a customer service rep could locate it. The new iPhone 12 drops calls and service every five minutes and even the customer service department (after an hour trying to find his account and us having to jump hoops) deemed that new phone defective, all he had to do was step back into the location he got it and they should replace it. Well he goes back to this store, where he purchased it from, and they won't replace it. They have ran him in circles, hours on the phone, taking time off work to stop back in almost everyday with issues. So my husband has a brand new phone that does not work, is not reliable, and the ACTUAL Verizon company confirmed it is a defective phone. But, because this is a lousy excuse of a franchise of Verizon, they can do whatever they want to screw customers over as long as they get their buck. HIGHLY recommend not stepping foot into this store. read more

The service at this store is always prompt .5/7/16 my cash payment due of $27.77 was made to jceballos at the Dallas store. Being a cash pmt I was informed that there would be a $3.00 service charge/on top. leaving me a balance owed of .77 owed outstanding. having In the past /dealing with verizon customer service. I contacted Joe/serv rep and in a no B/s way we agreed the charge was stupid! I have been credited for next month for this oversite,(but) Mr. site sales, keep it up.
