Alyrica has spectacular customer service. Sean, Theodore, and Alex have come to our house and addressed an intermittent problem with our internet connection. They have been extremely diligent, and have solved the problem(s). Everyone that we've had contact with at Alyrica has been extremely helpful, and very pleasant to deal with. We live in a semi rural area with limited cell service, and we now have a strong and reliable internet connection. I can't recommend Alyrica and the Alyrica staff highly enough! read more

Sean came out to our business location in Sweet Home OR and was able to fix our internet connection for higher speeds and our Wi-Fi connection to work throughout the older building we are in (with many concreate walls sometimes the internet connection can be spotty). I would give this company 100 stars! The gentleman I spoke with got us connected in less than 15 minutes because we already had a radio dish and modem from the previous property owners. Alyrica has always been very professional and really tried to help us even when it wasn't possible due to all of the trees around us. They recently put up a new tower and were able to hook us up. We finally have amazing internet speeds! Everyone we have ever spoken to has been polite and professional, and the technician who came out this time (Quentin) was a pleasure to work with. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: I provided my address and Ethan said they provided service at my location. We scheduled the date and Ethan apparently put the wrong address. Then they let me know they couldn't service my location but would go to the leasing office to see if they could set up a box to provide service. I called back and spoke to Ethan to get a follow up on and he said he would get back to me by 5pm. I didn't hear back by 530pm so I call back and he told me he'd get back to me by 7pm...730 comes and guess what, no update!! At this point I'm getting annoyed AF. I call back and share my frustrations and am promised an update which I NEVER GOT! if this is how they are to a person trying to give them their money....RUN! It just means once they have your money then good friggin luck getting anything. read more

Josh from Alyrica came out to upgrade our service. We had a Zoom meeting within 45 mins of his arrival. He switch out our products so fast, including climbing on the roof, and we made it to the meeting in on time with extremely fast speed. He was kind, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. One great thing about Alyrica is their size. Small company = better customer service and engagement. When the internet went out on a Friday, it was easy to reach them, and while they were unable to resolve the issue that day, a very kind and helpful technician named Josh was out before 9 am Monday and concluded the problem was in the line up the tree, where we have a dish. The next day before 8 am he was back and so was an arborist. They resolved the issue in less than an hour (squirrel damage to the line was to blame). An update: These people literally never did anything to fix our internet once, they just insisted over and over that we weren't paying them enough for a faster plan. Well, now all of our roommates have moved out, we can *prove* there's nobody blasting the bandwidth while lying to us about it, and yet most websites take 25-30 seconds to load (once they're done, it's about a 1/3 coinflip they dont just 404 on a white screen.) We were defrauded into paying nearly twice as much for a plan, gaslit into thinking we were the problem and the solution was more money. Their response to this? Tell us they're sending someone out, then go dark for about two weeks. Zero phone calls. Zero updates. Who the hell is paying who for service here?? I want to reiterate -- this company is a scam, and should be shut down. Period. read more

I've had Alyrica for about 6 months and haven't had any issues. Jimmie, the technician came out a few weeks ago and upgraded my connection, then came back last week to get my internal cables that I ran connected to outlets. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Great customer service! read more

I canceled my Xfinity account that was less than Alyrica's monthly charge and slower connection to support local businesses , but I called to cancel my service a day late due to moving out of country on short notice. Turns out policy is just like the big boys... read more

We have had amazing customer service with Alyrica and our installer, Luke McPike, was ABSOLUTELY awesome!! He installed internet service in both our business and our home with a ton of knowledge and skill. He actually worked late to add our residential service to his busy schedule and installed our service 2 weeks earlier than the date we were originally given. We are very pleased with speed of our internet and are able to work online, stream tv, and play video games at the same time without any glitches! Fantastic! I forgot to set up a auto bill payment for two months and got charged twice. Did they charge me a fee... NOPE. I just payed the amount and that was that. I was impressed how fast Alyrica is but its kinda expensive. I got 2 year lease for $60 a month. It was $500 to be release from it. Fortunately, I released from my contract when I moved. These guys are amazing! I'm a new customer which suffered some issues during our first month of service. We believe a staple pierced an ethernet cable causing intermittent lapses of connection. After a few calls to customer service knowing I was not happy, a manager called me back and was eager to take care of business and make things right, Sorry I forgot the managers name, but he had an excellent approach to rectifying customer problems. He ordered a new installation, running of new cables, a redundant backup system since my connection is fairly mission critical. I'm a full time commodities trader so 24/7 connection is important. The installer, Sean, showed up on time and did an amazing job reconfiguring the installation, explaining everything along the way. Sean is a top notch guy, and he's going places with this company. Mega Kudos! The service is now fast, reliable... and I'm a happy customer. read more

We have had Alyrica internet for several years now and the best part is the customer service. You can get a live person by phone any time of day and night and usually very quickly. They are great and go out of their way to find the right solution. Recently I moved and forgot to let them know that our moving date was changed to much sooner. When I contacted them, they gave me the soonest install date they could but it was several days past my move in date. They knew my concern about having no internet when I moved in so they kept trying to find a solution and when they had a cancellation a day before my move, they immediately contacted me and completed the installation. This was for underground fiber internet in Halsey. We really like the speed of this and find their pricing fits our budget. They have great people working for them! read more

I schedule an appointment with Alyrica to come and check the signal from the inside of my apartment (since things cannot be mounted on the outside of the building) at a specific time and they never showed up. I had called to see what had happened and the representative said he would call the scheduled person to come to me and then call me back. 30 minutes later (which was also past the scheduled time) I received no call so I called them again. Turns out it was never properly communicated to the person scheduled to do the signal check that there was a specific time that they had to be here. The whole point of scheduling a time was because my roommate works nights and should be sleeping, but they stayed up for Alyrica to come do the check. They are still sending someone out, but now my roommate is going to lose even more sleep and the representative was in no way sympathetic nor apologetic. I rated two stars because the representative I talked with initially to schedule the appointment had incredible customer service and took his time to work with me in scheduling a decent time that would work for my roommate. read more
