I went to 2 other locations because I had an issue with my Samsung phone. Neither person at those locations helped. Total was of time. The guy at the Lake St location was useless. At this location, Omar fixed the problem immediately and was awesome to work with setting up my replacement phone. Only person and place I'll go to from here on out. read more

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I came in to pick up an upgrade I ordered online. I checked in and there were 3 people ahead of me. At least one person ahead of me left so there was 2. People ahead of me are being helped and more people have come in and they're being helped before me. I'm not going on almost an hour sitting waiting to just show my id and grab my phone and go. I'm unsure on how this check in system works because it's not making sense to me at all. Definitely won't be back at this location ever again. They keep coming around asking if we've checked in to then help new people that just walked in. *Update after clearly looking frustrated someone came to asked if I checked in again and come to find out I tapped the wrong option when checking in. So I wasn't necessarily bypassed on purpose but gotdamn was that frustrating. read more

Paty is a superb manager. Even though there was a wait, they were highly communicative and did an excellent job. I'm sorry to say this... But it was a marked contrast to another T-Mobile store in Carol Stream. I simply want to save you time by warning you. You do not want to go there. But definitely go to this one off of Army Trail. You will thank this simple Yelp reviewer whom have never met! read more

didn't get any products only went into ask some questions but the 2 guys that were working there were really helpful and patient. they deserve a raise or something considering I've been to other tmobiles and they were no help compared to these 2 guys. I hope the company sees this and rewards them! shoutout to them read more

I stopped to get two new phone lines for my parents and the Hispanic guy that helped us was very nice and super friendly. I was looking into the senior citizen program but he ended up helping them out. The prices for two line even three is way overpriced but he was able to work up a plan with two new phones. The place is super clean and the workers all seemed pretty nice. read more

I had a fantastic experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, every employee was welcoming and knowledgeable and eager to help. I recently switched my Internet and cell service the entire team went above and beyond to make this process seamless. I originally went to the location on North Avenue in Carol Stream, the employees they barely gave me the time of day. A special shout out to Matthew who took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was completely satisfied with my new service. He definitely made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this location. read more

New guy Jose needs intensive training on how to be professional and how to do his job, he seemed lost, lack of attention, lack of knowledge of what he doing, lack of memory, lack of resolve when answering I don't know if he was answering me or asking me, I went to buy an iPhone 12, left 1:30hr later without an iPhone 12, worst part at the end he trying to come up with a crazy story trying to get me to buy the MAX and not even knowing how the "deal" he offered worked, very sad to see The Only reason I came here was because last time I was around the area I came in and one of the guys that I can't remember his name who was not there today help me out a lot Thanks give me good suggestion on what to do when I lost my phone that day (Updated) So I went to lake street location afterwards, 5 min into the store I got all my questions answered, any concern I had cleared and now I got my new iPhone 12, I hate to say people need to get fired but if not, they need intense training on how to be a professional even if you only selling a phone !!! Last thing, take that TV out of the store, I can assure you your sells will increase a 10% by not having all your workers glued to the TV read more

T-Mobile Authorized Retailer - iPhone - Mobile Phones Near Me - Bloomingdale, Illinois

Totally misled by sales person. I was told that if I ported my and my husbands phone from AT & T and traded in our current phones I would receive a $200 Visa card for each line after 90 days. I went back to this location prior to the 90 days and was assured it was on the way and given a number to call in case I didn't receive it. Since I hadn't received it a week after it was due I called the number and was informed I had been misinformed and wasn't eligible for the promo. I feel as if I not only was lied to but I feel they are using deceptive practices. I'll never recommend this establishment nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Also the person that directed me to them never received the $50 referral all though all information was given to them they claim they can't find the party who is still their customer Get any and everything from this organization in black and white. read more

Store closes early than the actual time of store hours. Lazy employees. Not coming back to this store. That just shows what kind of customer service you will get from the store. 0! zero! nada! read more

Can you please get rid of Witold immediately? Nice guy for the most part, but completely clueless as a store manager. I came in to routinely swap out my iPhone using Jump On Demand. I spent nearly an hour in the store while he tried to figure out if the iPhone X Max I was returning had water damage. If you can't figure it out, it's not fair to make me pay the price for your cluelessness by making me wait for 1+ hour. Given that I have changed phones with Jump over 5 times with no problem, you should give the customer the benefit of the doubt and not hold me hostage in the store due to your incompetence. read more

Terrible customer service. Reps have no respect for people who have waited for an hour and let other people walk in and jump the line with no appointment. read more

Slowest service ever. You need more than two people working when it's prime time. Go across the street to the mall or another store if you don't want to wait an hour read more

Terrible customer service. The guys there seem bored out of their minds, and they were not kind of helping out the customer. I usually give places with 1 star grace, but this place proven me wrong. read more

Well let me just say that this has been the experience you hear about when you hear about third party authorized sellers. This Tmobile is exactly that. My family was looking to take advantage of the Tmobile bogo deal and we're in the area. We stopped at this location because we were near but not from the area. I and another family member were looking to port over from att while two other members were eligible for upgrades with Tmobile. Long story short we stopped at this location hoping to be explained the program with and have any questions answered. The experience was everything but, the female sales person was annoyed with any question we asked. They didn't carry the 2 of the devices we were looking for so our option was to have them shipped. This will cost us another 6.99 plus tax for shipping. The salesperson didn't say much to us while we waited other than of there are any mistakes I make that we needed to comeback to this location so she can fix her mistakes. This should have been my red flag, but I wanted to get the deal over with, bad mistake. Furthermore she didn't explain anything regarding plans, and added insurance without offering to add. The salesperson added to mobile one plus plan which was not part of the original plan with the Tmobile currently the family members, nor did we get the Netflix free as the promotion promotes. We ultimately found this out by going to the corporate location in lower level of the local Stratford mall. The sales person Dom was an entirely different experience and did his best clean up the ill feeling we had with this third party owned Tmobile location. Please safe yourselves time and visit a corporate location as the customer service at this location is a nightmare. Fortunately I am one who had the ill feeling and looked over the final sale when I settled down at home. I wish I would have listen to my gut with the red flags and left instead of purchasing or having this experience but hopefully this bad experience for me is one you do not have to encounter. Ultimately this experience was not what anyone wants or expects. The lack of communication on the salesperson behalf I believe is part of the ploy, so she can add services you initially didn't have, add insurance without explaining and or not explaining the current plan. If I could give this experience 0 stars I would. Words can't express how bad this experience ultimately was. If your in the area the local Tmobile in the mall on lower level is much better experience. There's also a third party location on the 2nd level I didn't try because I wanted a corporate store. Hope this helps at least one person, hopefully more. read more

I was in the area and needed help with a technical issue on my phone so I stopped into this store. I was immediately greeted, which was nice, but I felt like this guy was yelling at me. He was so loud and obnoxious, and I was standing right in front of him. Big tall guy with a beard and gauges in his ears. He was too assertive and wasn't very articulate. I'd honestly go out of my way to avoid him. read more

I would say I'm a loyal T-Mobile user. Never really had a problem with there service...until I went to this store. Takes forever to get someone to help. I felt these people had no clue what was going on and had no customer service skills. The guy that helped me was a complete jerk. I bought an iPhone 6 and an iPhone 5c. I asked for a screen protector on both phones but instead of placing two different size protectors on each phone (since they both have different screen sizes) he cut the iPhone 6 protector and placed it on the 5. Obviously it looked awful and I asked for a refund but he wouldn't give it to me. I mean, who does this. Now my iPhone 5c has a screen protector that barely stays on and looks completely janky read more

Was sold something I didn't want and refused to pay for only to have it show up on my bill anyway. Now I'm stuck paying for something I never wanted in the first place thanks T-Mobile Army Trail. I'm surprised you let your sales associates mislead people. read more

Please please don't go to this store for any of your phone/t-mobile needs or question! Update: the store is still crap and the managers may have changed but they are lousy. If you want to save the time, headache, and stress then just don't go to this T-mobile. There are plenty or t-mobile stores in the area less than 5 minutes away go to them. I did a trade in for an Iphone 8 and when I getting rung out the associate didn't process it as a trade in and instead as a full purchase. This created in series events where I had to call customer service and go through nearly two weeks of stress and anxiety. The manager Evelyn is the most incompetent manager I have ever seen, along with her associates read more

They sure know how to keep up with their lousy service. I came in to upgrade my phone, the woman talked me into their bundle of a case, and screen protector. She put the screen protector on and told me to wait 24 hours before I put the case on. I put the case on the next and the screen protector is coming off, with bubbles all over. I called tmobile, in which they called the store. I went to the store and of course they had no more replacements. They told me to come back Thursday, I called instead. Still no screen protectors. They said they would order from a different store and I could come in the following week. I called again, and no one ever ordered a screen protector. Finally days later they told me they had more after I CALLED. I liked how the woman told me she would call me to let me know when it was in. I came in the store and they said they were replacing it as a COURTESY. Um if you didnt screw up the first time I would'nt have come back. Not sure why I am being blamed for something you don't know how to do. Keep in mind both these women were store managers. On top of that crap, they added the insurance plan/and jump program after I SAID I DID NOT WANT IT. I love how these idiots sneak in charges on my new plan. read more

Slowest place I've even been to! Wait 45 minutes just to pay a bill! They need a bigger place with more workers!

Wow..worst experience. I bought the iphone 6plus , put a $200.00 payment, mind you the district manager ANGELA was helping me. She claimed my installment payments would be $15.00 I look at my recipt 12 days later, this woman did not lower my installment payment. She instead left my installment payments for $30.00 a month, meaning she rung up my phone and then added my $200.00 later. I drove back to the store returned my phone and rebought , it however they now charged me $58.00 for "taxes". I called tmobile and they told me that they refunded the money back. Clearly these people dont know how to run a business..oh btw when this was all happening, the district manager Angela did not come up to me and apologize for HER MISTAKE, she instead told her employees what to do when it came to my phone. Because of all the errors this particular store gave me, the loyalty department didnt even know what they did and why. They gave me credits on my bill, and took all my info down. I would never buy anything from this store, former employees have told me how they are. would not recommend read more
