Garrett was really helpful. He made me stand next to the monitor and worked together through each step of porting the numbers, ordering the phones and completing the order. He gave me instructions on how to bring in current phones for trade-in, after receiving the new phones to get the $830 credit. We were done within 15 minutes, quick and efficient service. Within a few months of the repair, my computer's camera stopped working suddenly. I took it to Apple to see what the issue was and was told that the entire display (screen) needed to be replaced. When I asked why, they told me that whoever had repaired my screen in the first place had done it incorrectly and messed up the entire display, so that the display could no longer read the camera. I took my computer back here to see what they could do after incorrectly repairing my work. The owner nastily told me that they only warranty their repairs for 1 month after pick up and could not guarantee their service beyond that, therefore I would have to pay to repair my computer, again. Without even asking, the owner took my computer - assuming that I would leave it with him again. When I told him I needed to think on if I would be comfortable leaving it with him again, he rolled his eyes, said something under his breath and handed it back to me. He again told me that he could not guarantee his products and service and that the only way for him to see the issue would be for me to leave the computer with him. A few days later, I stopped back in the store to leave my computer with him for a night and told him I needed it back the next day or would like a refund of the money I spent. He told me absolutely not. Said "No, I'm not looking at your computer anymore. I don't warranty over a month, so I'm absolutely not refunding you your money." Completely arrogant and rude with NO customer service. As a business owner, how do you not stand behind your product?! As a repair company, if you can't stand behind your repairs what does that say about the job you are doing on them? To me, it says you know you're doing a shit job and simply don't care.
