We have two lines so our bill totals at a simple $70/mo. They run on the T-mobile network so the coverage is decent. No roaming included, but that is not a problem for us. The two employees who helped us were friendly and knowledgeable. They also knew how to multi-task, and did a good job attending to customers. There was one other customer in store when we arrived and two others customers by the time we left some 45 minutes later.

Buying a cell phone is about as much fun as a root canal, but Lupe (her "official name" is Tejada) goes out of her way to help out the customer. I was there to buy an iPhone on a promotion, and had all my info ready. However, there was a "glitch" in porting the number and Lupe did some creative "persuasion" to get them to push it through. While I waited to get the number transferred, another customer came in, but did not bring his required account number, pin number, etc. Lupe did an amazing job of getting this info from his previous carrier (again, using some "creative" skills!) and helped him get the promo code for a better deal than he originally came in the store to get (actually, the deal I was getting). Not many store personnel would be so thoughtful as to give the customer a better deal. To be honest, the decor and "waiting room" stools left much to be desired, but when I mentioned the hard metal stools, Lupe went into the office to get me a nice padded folding chair.
