I was reluctant to try this internet service as I was afraid it would turn out to be like all the other services I had in the past which is a lot and the totally unreliable services I got from the ones in the past but I gave them a shot and chose the cheapest package they had and to my surprise they wound up being the best of all. Even at $59.95 a month I can run my online weather station 24 / 7 plus run all 3 of our TV's, play games on our phones, run our computers and laptops and our tablets at a comfortable pace with no problems whatsoever. We have had 3 strong storms come through here and the first thing I thought was oh boy we're gonna lose our power and internet but to my surprise our internet never even missed a beat. All in all, they exceeded my expectations completely. Well done guys keep up the awesome work you do.

The gentleman on the phone gave me instructions as to what to return and sent me a label for the modem that I needed to ship back. All I had to do was package the modem, put the label on and take it to a Fed Ex drop off. Shipping was paid for by WOW. I was given the prorated bill to be paid and everything with this cancellation went smoothly. Thank you WOW!

First, you can't cancel online, you have to call their customer service, and wait on hold forever. Unlike their better competitors, they will charge you for canceling your service. Overall, WOW needs to simplify its cancellation process, be upfront about fees, and improve its support system. The current experience feels intentionally exploitative. If you're thinking of signing up, make sure you're ready for a headache when you want to leave.

Techs don't know what they're doing, and the customer service is laughable. No one speaks English, they're rude and unhelpful. I was even called by a manager who told me my internet was slow because of my cameras. He got snippy and short with me when I pointed out that my speed was still slow when I took them offline. When I finally ended my service, not only was I lied to, and said I would not need to have a line changed, I had to get Spectrum to do that, and they tried to charge me over $400 for their equpiment that I sent back, and is NOT worth a 10th of that. They harassed me for weeks, until I provided photos (SEVERAL TIMES) that I DID indeed send the equipment back. YOU ARE BEING RIPPED OFF. GO ELSEWHERE.

This location is not the best in the morning. I went to replace my current phone due to a bad…read morebattery. When I first walked in, I was not acknowledged or welcomed. After about 10 minutes an associate came out the back and finally assisted me. Because I am still in my parents' account, I had to call them to get me added, which took about 15 minutes, but the associate that was helping me left me there for about 20 minutes. When he was there, he was great, just wasn't a fan of being left for long periods of time.
