    I went into this T-Mobile store to upgrade my phone, and the experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years, and the employees told me, word for word, "we can't do that because it will hurt our metrics." Instead of helping a long-time customer, they were more worried about their sales numbers than actually providing service. The manager was present the entire time and did nothing to step in or resolve the situation. When we said we would write a review and report what happened, they chose to refuse us service altogether rather than make it right. What makes this even worse is that another T-Mobile store was able to solve my upgrade in about 30 minutes with no issue at all. That tells me the problem is with this specific location and how they're training and managing their staff. If I ever return to this store, it will only be to walk in and out of the doors, because it's clear their metrics are more important than their customers.

She acknowledged that we got there an hour before closing, we patiently waited, and then 5 minutes before they closed, she told us that she is not going to help us. She could have said that MUCH sooner. I wasted an hour of my BUSY life and she had the audacity to be rude when I asked why she didnt say something sooner. I just thought they were going to be nice and accommodating to help us out. I have never been more upset leaving the phone store. We were going to be switching over with a 7 line business account but no more. Thanks Rose! not... -100/10.
