I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years, and the employees told me, word for word, "we can't do that because it will hurt our metrics." Instead of helping a long-time customer, they were more worried about their sales numbers than actually providing service. The manager was present the entire time and did nothing to step in or resolve the situation. When we said we would write a review and report what happened, they chose to refuse us service altogether rather than make it right. What makes this even worse is that another T-Mobile store was able to solve my upgrade in about 30 minutes with no issue at all. That tells me the problem is with this specific location and how they're training and managing their staff. If I ever return to this store, it will only be to walk in and out of the doors, because it's clear their metrics are more important than their customers.
