    This is one of those good news/bad news reviews. The good news: I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max last Tuesday at the Los Osos Go Wireless Store. Stephen was my salesperson and he was the epitome of professionalism! The transaction went smoothly, including the hour-long transfer of data from my old phone to the new phone ( we left to run errands during this process). Interaction with Stephen was five stars. And the bad news: My husband visited the store on Thursday to pick up his new iPhone 12 Pro. He had the great misfortune of being helped by Landon (I use the term helped very loosely). My husband's experience was the exact opposite of mine just a few days earlier. Landon was completely ill-equipped to be left on his own in the store! When it came time to transfer data from hubby's old phone to new phone, he was told to return in an hour while the transfer took place. Except it didn't. Hubby returned to find Landon sitting like a huge lump of brainless goo with the data transfer an epic fail! Landon then proceeds to pick up hubby's brand new phone and tell him why he likes this iPhone. He says it's made of steel, not aluminum. Then to demonstrate its durability, he pounded it on the counter several times. Needless to say, hubby was horrified and couldn't get out of the store fast enough. Thank goodness he's tech savvy and was able to perform the data transfer himself at home, but he shouldn't have had to. In summation, this store is only as good as the sales/tech person you end up dealing with. I strongly suggest avoiding doing business with Landon!

Since signing up for service over a year ago I have yet to receive the rebate and have gotten transferred to different salespeople, different managers, they even told me I must have done something wrong even though they helped me each step of the way to file the forms. They have admitted that I did qualify for the rebate but have yet to give me a verifiable update as to the status of actually getting it. The internet and cell service compared to the Spectrum service I previously had isn't much different and getting the run around has been extremely frustrating. if you are looking to switch to AT&T I wouldn't expect a dramatic difference between them and other cellular providers. I would caution against going to this specific store for the fact that after 12+ months I haven't been able to get reliable information from them on my rebate that they promised during their sales pitch.

    It's rare to none that I leave reviews for non-food spots but this was a MUST. Alright, so the…read moresituation was that my iPhone 14 started going berzerk at random. I work from home, so the phone stays on the desk all day long. But the screen went lime green, flickering, and static. Within 2 hours, I had been talking with two different agents through the Verizon app/site and the customer service number. They were both kind and informative, but at the end, they just were not helpful enough. So this is where I'm told that I gotta hit the nearest location in order to just replace my phone, it's an emergency since I'm leaving the country this week. I gotta drive from Orcutt to Buellton, feeling mad stressed, but Andrew was incredibly patient, sympathetic to my situation, and took care of everything for me. He let me hang out to ensure everything transferred over okay through iCloud since I couldn't access the old phone anymore to see when the last backup was. Got me straight with all the accessories I needed -- he kept things as light as possible with the amount of erratic stress I was probably giving off. Brennan was also the other person working and was really nice to converse with while I was trying to get it all done and taken care of. So, MAJOR shoutouts to Andrew and Brennan. My night probably should've felt a lot worse after the money I had to drop, but I left feeling happy.
