What is up with this store, man? Had an appointment, still spent an hour and a half in the store without resolving what I came there to do. I wanted to buy a phone. They were out of stock of the phone that I wanted. No big deal. Then the guy keeps telling me my bill will skyrocket if I add a line with the new phone. No, I don't want to add a line. I want to buy a phone. I made this very clear and had to repeat myself quite a few times. Anyway, he ordered a phone for me and said he would give me a call when it arrived. He never did. There were two young kids in the store with their eyes glued to GIANT iPads. Thank god that ain't me. Overall a frustrating experience with no solution, however, the associates were very polite and friendly. It's just unfortunate that they don't know what they're doing. read more

Absolute never coming to this store again. Traded in my phone and got "credit" but my bill went up $25 a month for several months. I had to come to the main office in San Luis Obispo to review my bill and turns out this store didn't credit me for my old phone and had been making payments on a phone that I should've owned outright. This isn't a real Verizon store. And completely wasted my time. Will be ONLY going into the San Luis store. Super unhappy read more

I have purchased two new phones from this location just recently. The staff was extremely helpful! Landon helped most recently. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. I got a higher cost phone, but he recommended a different model for my daughter and it is a perfect fit at a good price point. The data transfer was seamless. This is one of those good news/bad news reviews. The good news: I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max last Tuesday at the Los Osos Go Wireless Store. Stephen was my salesperson and he was the epitome of professionalism! The transaction went smoothly, including the hour-long transfer of data from my old phone to the new phone ( we left to run errands during this process). Interaction with Stephen was five stars. And the bad news: My husband visited the store on Thursday to pick up his new iPhone 12 Pro. He had the great misfortune of being helped by Landon (I use the term helped very loosely). My husband's experience was the exact opposite of mine just a few days earlier. Landon was completely ill-equipped to be left on his own in the store! When it came time to transfer data from hubby's old phone to new phone, he was told to return in an hour while the transfer took place. Except it didn't. Hubby returned to find Landon sitting like a huge lump of brainless goo with the data transfer an epic fail! Landon then proceeds to pick up hubby's brand new phone and tell him why he likes this iPhone. He says it's made of steel, not aluminum. Then to demonstrate its durability, he pounded it on the counter several times. Needless to say, hubby was horrified and couldn't get out of the store fast enough. Thank goodness he's tech savvy and was able to perform the data transfer himself at home, but he shouldn't have had to. In summation, this store is only as good as the sales/tech person you end up dealing with. I strongly suggest avoiding doing business with Landon! read more

I was in the Los Osos store yesterday to buy a new Apple 14 phone and also my first Apple Watch. I was helped by Kody, who is extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Being a senior citizen, I am not technically knowledgeable, but Kody and Xavier made certain that I left the store with all my questions answered and feeling confident in my knowledge. After talking with a friend, who had been to the company store in San Luis Obispo, I found that my experience was much more positive. I certainly know where I will if I have any questions, regarding my phone or watch. I listened to Xavier talk to three patrons who came to the store with questions, while I was there. He was always respectful and helpful and they appeared to leave very satisfied with their experience. If I could give this company more than five stars, I certainly would. read more

My wife and I (in our 70's) were on vacation and we stopped by the Verizon store in Los Osos to upgrade our Galaxy S5 phones. There were two gentlemen working there, Dain and Landon. They were absolutely wonderful. The two of them helped us for three hours, helping us select the S10e phones, select the best plan for us, and transferring everything from our old phones to our new phones, and selecting appropriate accessories. We can't say enough about how helpful and how nice they were. They were very helpful & attentive to us and to everyone who came in while we were there, and very patient with us senior citizens. I had a charging issue with my phone so I took it to this store. The guys working here gave me super bad advice. If I had done what they suggested, I would have been out $200+. I ended up calling Verizon and they were able to send me a refurbished phone to replace mine at no cost. I needed a screen protector for the new phone so I thought I'd take a chance and give the store one more try. They wanted to charger me $45 for a screen protector, (I actually laughed out loud). I ended up ordering the same product online for $10. Never going back there. read more

The manager, Dain, was entirely unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend this store to an enemy. They offered me a 440$ promotion if I trade my phone in, only to tell me three weeks later I'm "only liable" for 300$, and then they refuse to get my old phone back, or assist in the process. Don't waste your time, and just drive to slo to visit an actual Verizon store. Dain told me on multiple occasions he would get this credit taken care of, only to never even give me a call back, and he had a different representative break the bad news. 0 leadership or accountability from this "Dain", but at least the other rep, Landon, was nice and respectful. Only reason this store even deserves 1 star is because of Landon's wherewithal to actually have customer service. read more

Great people and service. Landon and Vanessa worked wonders for my son and I. After going to a corporate store nearby and purchasing a new phone and giving my phone to my son, they sent us on our way without helping to get the phones in working condition. After another trip back to the store and then calling Apple and still not working properly. So then we decided to try the Los Osos Go Wireless store. They knew just how to get our phones working for us. We walked out of the store with less than an hour. I highly recommend this store. read more

So I was super happy with the service at the San Luis Obispo store.When I got the phone in the mail that the SLO store helped me get through my phone insurance, I needed to go back to the store to get more memory and get my data transferred. I was working in Los Osos, so I stopped by the Verizon store in Los Osos and Antonio, the manager from the SLO store was working in Los Osos that day I came in. He got my phone in order, transferring data, etc. The added memory allowed my apps to work the way they're supposed to once again. Thanks, Antionio!! read more

I brought my parents there to get a new phone because the old ones were not working. There were 2 employees both busy and one customer waiting to pick up a phone she had ordered previously. We were told wait approximately 25 minutes. The wait was 40 minutes more people came in and left. Finally a young man helped my mom but he could not figure out how to turn on her old phone. She bought a new phone and he messed up on transferring her number to it and definitely did not know what he was doing. So we had to wait for the young lady to help us. She got it straightened out but it took a long time we were in the store for 3 1/2 hours. My phone came from an AT&T store we were helped immediately when we entered the store and were out in an hour with 2 new phones. If you want Verizon I would say go to the San Luis store they have more positive feedback! read more

Don't go there for a new iPhone they don't know what they are doing. Could not set up my new phone after about 2 hours of trying. Would not recommend them. Save yourself time and go some where else.
