It was time for a new phone. A new updated technical device awaited me and even though I am a let…read moreout I knew it was time to get a new phone. We were greeted immediately by friendly staff, and it only took a few moments to find the models of phone. I wanted to look at. my husband was also able to solve an issue with an older laptop computer that we had and he only had to wait about 10 minutes to get that service and only about five minutes to get it updated. The staff were really friendly and patient and explained everything so we could understand it all. Despite many offers from my service provider, I decided to take the plunge and buy the phone. I knew I wanted it enhanced photographic ability and read about the phones online before I went to the Apple Store. That made it a lot easier to make a selection once I was there and the knowledgeable sales staff really helped me to compare my old phone with the upgrades in the new phone. I chose the new 17 because of the enhanced photo and video capability. I was able to get one right away from the store. I also got this safety screen put on there and paid for insurance for my phone for a year. The only thing left to do was set it up, which I did at home and found to be incredibly easy.
