If you use this service, you can expect to be charged two months before your service, like being charged on February 5 for March service, even if you have canceled the account. Don't expect a response if you have a problem, I was told two days ago that the owner was going to call me. The woman who answers the phone just tells you "I just answer the phone," so don't expect help from her. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and file a suit with Small Claims Court if I do not get satisfaction by Monday, February 8, 2021.
