No doubt because service was moved to another provider ---a last minute service contract was then required to have a service tech visit and take away the code-------co-operation dropped to nada-----a pre-arranged service called was cancelled and postponed to at least the following week ....when time was at a crunch. Our Solution---bypassed Came by ordering a new panel from the manufacturer so that the new alarm company could propgram it for a required licensing fire inspection---following which we can send the old panel back to the manufacturer for clearing of Came Codes---All I can say is there are other good companies out there----Mace---Great Western--- Alpha, just to name a few.....
