I built a gaming pc and once I booted it, I didn't have any input on my monitor/mouse.. after looking online for hours for a solution and trying to do it myself, I decided to call this number and see if I could get help. A guy named chad came out very quick(1 hour) and in 30 minutes he had my computer running like a charm! It's 2 weeks later. Still running great so I decided to leave this nice review! TLDR: if you need computer help and wanna save yourself the stress and time, call this number!

I came to David to see if he would take it on and he said yes once we had confirmed the part matched. The team made my vision of the website come to life. They also helped me set up a blog, which I really appreciated. I am contemplating running Google Ads, not sure yet- but I do like that they offer it- makes it like a one stop shop for all my website needs. Since I'm not super techy, I like that I can go to them for any help I need and I don't have to re-explain everything cause they've gotten to know me as a client and what I want. Great communication and great end result. Totally recommend.

I called the majority of the listed web designers, and Jayne was the only one who called me right back. I met with Jayne, and I was immediately impressed with a very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable business woman. Jayne presented me with a very reasonable estimate for what she felt I needed in order to achieve full potential with my clients. Jayne allowed me a hands on approach, and at the same time guided me through the technological sand traps that I couldn't have done alone, while at the same time keeping me informed on all that was happening. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Jayne Wayne Design, and my website as a finished project. I strongly encourage others to try Jayne Wayne Design for all their website ideas, and needs. I can't say enough good things about Daniel Holliday and Flash Marketing Solutions. From the very…read morebeginning, Daniel just got it. He understood not only what I wanted my website to look like, but how it needed to feel for the people visiting it. The process felt easy, which is saying a lot when you're juggling a million other things. He was responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly detail-oriented. Anytime I had a question or wanted to tweak something, he handled it quickly and without making it complicated. What really stood out to me is that this wasn't just about building a website. Daniel approached it from a business perspective, thinking about how it would actually perform, attract the right audience, and convert visitors into real clients. That level of care is rare. The end result is a site I'm genuinely proud of. It feels aligned with my brand, elevated, and intentional, not cookie-cutter in any way. If you're looking for someone who is talented, reliable, and truly invested in your success, I would absolutely recommend Daniel. He made the entire experience seamless, and I would work with him again without hesitation.

I hired Rick Wilson to complete the installation of my new MacBook Pro. The data from my old Mac…read morehad already been transferred from my old Mac. All that remained to be done was to connect the two monitors and update the software. Rick decided that it was necessary to reinstall the data from my old computer. He did this from the backup drive, which was not up to date. When that error was pointed out to him, the transfer had to be done again from the old computer. All of this redundancy took several hours, for which I was charged $550. Two days later, I discovered that my email program would neither send nor receive, and all of my email history was gone. I tried calling Rick Wilson twice to ask that he rectify the email program. He did not answer, so I left voicemails explaining the problem, but he never returned my calls. I also sent two text messages, which also were ignored. Now I have to find someone else to finish the work for which he was overpaid. The quality of work I received from Mac Services does not speak well for the professional competence of Rick Wilson. More importantly, failure to respond to calls and texts doesn't speak well from his ethics or integrity.

Now he is helping my husband and me plan for smart use of technology in a home we are building. He has helped me through ALL of the tech-related challenges of my life! Justin really is a "digital life coach," a title that once sounded funny to me but now I see is no joke at all. I agree with other reviewers' positive comments, but to me, the best and most important thing about Justin is how he makes me feel. Justin makes me feel safe. He never makes me feel stupid or behind the times - important for a senior like me. When I have a session with Justin, either in person or online, my feelings instantly change from frustration to relief, then to pride when I finally learn the thing. He even welcomes the big-picture questions that I sometimes have, like "Will we never be free of passwords?" "Why is Apple better than PC?" "Where is society GOING with all this technology?" His liberal arts education is a huge plus here, making his mind broad and humanistic enough to appreciate such questions and make positive contributions to my understanding. The annual fee I pay to consult with him whenever I need help is a bargain. I am very grateful to be Justin's longtime client and expect to keep working together for the rest of my life.
