I built a gaming pc and once I booted it, I didn't have any input on my monitor/mouse.. after looking online for hours for a solution and trying to do it myself, I decided to call this number and see if I could get help. A guy named chad came out very quick(1 hour) and in 30 minutes he had my computer running like a charm! It's 2 weeks later. Still running great so I decided to leave this nice review! TLDR: if you need computer help and wanna save yourself the stress and time, call this number!

Now he is helping my husband and me plan for smart use of technology in a home we are building. He has helped me through ALL of the tech-related challenges of my life! Justin really is a "digital life coach," a title that once sounded funny to me but now I see is no joke at all. I agree with other reviewers' positive comments, but to me, the best and most important thing about Justin is how he makes me feel. Justin makes me feel safe. He never makes me feel stupid or behind the times - important for a senior like me. When I have a session with Justin, either in person or online, my feelings instantly change from frustration to relief, then to pride when I finally learn the thing. He even welcomes the big-picture questions that I sometimes have, like "Will we never be free of passwords?" "Why is Apple better than PC?" "Where is society GOING with all this technology?" His liberal arts education is a huge plus here, making his mind broad and humanistic enough to appreciate such questions and make positive contributions to my understanding. The annual fee I pay to consult with him whenever I need help is a bargain. I am very grateful to be Justin's longtime client and expect to keep working together for the rest of my life.

At times, we've come to him for short-term solutions, and after he's asked questions, we become better at understanding our own mission. Perhaps most importantly, he has opened our eyes on how to approach the insane pace of tech innovation. Thank you Justin for always having our back!

My desktop computer died two weeks ago. She was getting old. I think it was 1917 (woops! 2017; I'm…read moregetting old.) when I purchased her and some of her parts were failing. I sat down at the computer, pushed the power button and nothing happened. I mean NOTHING happened! So I went to Cal Tech to let "tech support" look at it. (my grandson is no longer available.) Mason advised I just replace my tower, so I took myself and my credit card to Best Buy where I purchased a lenovo computer CPU that looks like a tiny spaceship. I took the new "little guy" and the tower of the old computer back to Cal Tech. Mason efficiently moved my data to the "little guy", and did so at a reasonable price. I have since then dealt with Ethan, Matt, and Brent, the owner, who answered the phone on a Saturday! All of them have been considerate and clear in their explanations.
