Went into the store and they said they could only print 2. The reason we needed the bills was to for a payout reimbursement from our new company. After trying to get it through the 1800 number I went back to the store and these two awesome young guys printed it off so quickly. Other than that working with Verizon has been awful. They don't care about their customers. Why the first person couldn't print out the 3 bills really perplexes me. They close your account online immediately when you deactivate so there's no way to get the bill there.

Two family members were already using US Cellular as there cellular service. At the time US Cell was offering a great family package so I took the leap of faith and joined the US Cellular family. I did have concerns at first. My new job takes me from Maine to DC. I had fears that service would not be up to snuff. I have to say I have no service issues up and down the Northeast corridor. I chose the 300 Gallery Blvd. Scarborough Maine store to set up my account. I asked for an easy to remember number with as many repeating numerals as possible. The REP put in some extra time and got me a great number. I have had several other situations that I thought would be an issue, I walked in the shop and what I thought was going to be a problem, only turned out to be a minor inconvenience. The customer service I have received at this store has been great. They have fixed my issues quickly and fairly. I am impressed with this company and certainly can recommend to anyone looking into cellular service. Call outs to Tyler and Nathan for being so helpful.

But there is definitely something wrong with AT&T specifically this location on Marginal Way from their representative to their store manager and to their DISTRICT MANGER. For me to know that a district manager exists, I have gone through the AT&T cycle -- on around 10/4 (with marginal way AT&T) - 11/25 (with marginal way AT&T) - 11/25 (with Maine Mall Rd AT&T Corp.) - 12/10 (with marginal way AT&T) - 12/11 (with marginal way AT&T) - 611 (escalation department that never existed) - 12/12 (with marginal way AT&T) -- now greeting the district manager that doesn't want to talk about the problem. And to know that I'm not their only victim just makes me feel worse. From someone I know in person to this AT&T's recent reviews, I should not have TRUSTED AT&T (but I don't read the news). From the representative to their manager, they act like they know a lot about AT&T then start the blaming game when problems come up (in my case, it adds $493.83 for my bill this October). They run you in circles, blame AT&T corp. lies about having an escalation department but doesn't want to direct you there. And they say their district manager probably would do the same thing which is nothing. And he did nothing. This place is hopeless. I don't think for over a decade of being an AT&T customer I have any problems until I come here. It just isn't worth it for this one time experience I have with AT&T but I'm definitely not coming back here again. Trust them until they offer to kick you out of their store. I don't know if they mean it but they have said it. I have AT&T for over a decade now. There used to be an AT&T at 211 Marginway only a minute or two from this new location. Great, friendly, and very knowledgeable people. Just one store lasts us for more than a decade. I don't know why this new location has the photos of the previous location. It's definitely not the one. Give them a chance and see if they might treat you any better. Unless problems come up, there should be no problems.

To start, every time I go in, I feel well taken care of no matter who is working, even if there's a wait, I know I'm waiting because they truly seem to take full care with every single customer issue and try to make sure that the experience is as pain free as possible, and I greatly appreciate that. Even better, the parking is way better than the old place!!! All around 5 stars, I couldn't recommend them more!

I like to build a good rapport when able, so I find it good. The interior is like any atat store open to change often. This store is a licensed branch not a franchise. Which makes a huge difference in service. Make sure you check what kind of store your going to before hand. Centered on the main road in windom. The store is easy to find. The parking for it is a bit weird but not complicated. If they have the remote control helicopter in store def give it a try. I've the staff take care of a lot a lot of People while I was being helped and they always where kind fast and helpful. They have a bill pay kiosk in store. For any bill transactions you might have. If you like atat or are a customer. Stop in and say hi.
