Arrived at the appointment and was told it would be ready in 4 hours at best, most likely the next day with no relatable explanation given. I asked what good making an appointment was if it was merely an appointment to drop off my iPhone. Again, no rational answer provided. And, it didn't help my 1-star rating when the representative helping me came off as defensive when I diplomatically but firmly expressed how disappointed and inconvenienced I felt by how the Apple Store was handling this customer interface. Huge disconnect between expectations and reality.
