We went in on Saturday to request a battery for our Ford expedition. They said they had to order it…read moreand we would have it the next day by 3 PM. We showed up at 3 PM and they sent us 25 minutes away to another location and said that it got delivered to the wrong place. We drove all the way to the next location and they said they had no idea what we were talking about. Turns out they had it another 35 minutes away in a totally different location. We drove all the way there and when we showed up it was a storebrand battery not even what we had ordered. A recommendation is to never use this company. They are horrible at communication and truth about what they order and not meeting the customers expectations.!

The owner was kind and was helpful he also responded to my email very quickly which was awesome. I cracked my iPhone XR screen and they were able to give me their "demo" screen as a temporary replacement while they waited for the more permanent screen to be shipped in. The only hiccup was that there was some miscommunication on when the screen was in, and I've had to come back twice and was told it wasn't in yet... I'm not sure if it was ordered late or just never arrived and they had to re order it. But minus that minor inconvenience it was a a good job.

DO NOT TRUST HAD TO BUY A NEW PHONE…read moresorry for the book but... I brought in my i-phone pro max for a very simple rear camera lens repair and battery repair August 3rd. I waited an hour for my phone, and then was informed by Joe that he had a "faulty camera lens" and needed to order another. He broke my screen LCD function while trying to repair the camera lens leaving a black line going down the entire phone taking up about 1/3 of the screen's width. He assured me he would get a new screen, didn't apologize - just brushed it off like it was no big deal and even "this happens all the time" said he would have a new screen by tomorow. Next day comes, no screen. day after, no screen. day after that, no screen. I had a broken screen for 4 days before HE would be able to fix it. Meanwhile, the brand new battery was overheating and my phone showed that it was not an apple genuine part so it wasn't functioning as it should. We let him know, he said he would fix that too... so now we have a broken screen, broken camera, and a malfunctioning battery. cool. we went back in to have the phone fully fixed only to get home and get these messages on the phone (see screenshots) THE BEST PART IS HE REFUSES TO FIX IT NOW :) He said he would use genuine apple parts, well, he's a liar. My phone's cameras now do not function at ALL. My "brand new battery" overheats, does not stay charged, and the phone shuts off as soon as it hits anywhere under 20%. The screen is very clearly not an apple genuine part as well, it does not work right between touch issues and display brightness issues it actually couldn't be worse. Overall, I wouldn't trust this guy ever again. I now have to go out and buy a brand new phone because he couldn't fix this one correctly. The sad part is, if he had just fixed it properly I wouldn't be writing this. But now I will let everyone I know and more know, that you should stay FAR away from this guy. Side-note: I wasn't the only one. He was supposed to fix my hubby's back screen and ended up breaking his lock button in the process. He said he would fix it in AUGUST. it is now October and he is canceling any appointment we have tried to make online, through text, ect. He is completely ignoring him. You might save money, but save your sanity and go to someone who actually knows what they are doing.
