Over the weekend, I got a flat tire after bumping into a curb and cutting the sidewall of my tire…read more The four tires that I had on my vehicle were about 2 months old and had about 1,000 miles on them tops. I originally bought them from somewhere else but I had a donut on the vehicle so I didnt want to drive too far to get a new tire. I went online on Sunday and booked an appointment for Monday at 9am and the website stated that they carried the tire and looked like I was in good shape to have it replaced and put onto the vehicle. I was sadly mistaken. When I got there at 8:45am for my appointment, I was greeted by a gentleman that stated he was training to take over a location and even quoted the wrong price for the tire because he was from NH and forgot they didn't have sales tax. He then stated that the employees that were to put the tire on the vehicle wasn't here until 9am (the time of my appointment) so I went into my car to wait for them to arrive ... about 9:20 I walked back in to ask if they had arrived, he stated that they had not so I guess I needed to wait a little longer ... he then came out to me to tell me that he talked to the manager (that he was covering for) and the manager told him that we would need to replace all 4 of the tires and couldn't just do 1 of them .... WHAT? When I asked the reason why, he told me that it was "the policy" and couldn't help me unless I bought all 4 ... and even if I did accept this egregious offer, the people were not even there well past when they were supposed to be there for their shift. It made me feel like they are short staffed so they didn't really want to help me in my time of need. I then had to go to another tire place across town and risk driving more miles on the donut tire. I just felt that first, the website was misleading, second the customer service was just bad and third not even an offer to make good for it somehow for the inconvenience. Clearly, I will not be coming back here.

Great shop with fast and affordable service…read more I had just moved into the area the week before Thanksgiving and had a vibration present in my Toyota truck. I dropped by three shops before these guys and was told the end of December was the nearest appointment. I went in on Thursday and this shop told me they could look at it the following Tuesday. Dropped the truck off and was shocked when I got a call that it was ready 2.5 hours later and was only $250. It was a mid-driveline bearing. Fast, affordable, and responsive. They also have one of the cleanest and most well organized shops I've ever seen. Great place.

Never written a review in my life and I'm 99.9% sure I'll never write another…read more The entire process of dealing with ABC was horrendous. They seem like decent guys to joke around with (trying to be fair here). But what I experienced was anything but professional. It would take pages to document this past weeks experiences with ABC. It feels like it's been much longer than that. They wasted way a large amount of my time and money as a result of incompetence. Whether it was completely forgetting about my tow, or charging me for new parts that he GAVE back to me so that I could INSTALL THEM MYSELF because he didn't HAVE TIME, or telling me he'd be there at 4:30pm to check me out but he then leaves to go home early for the day, or telling me he didn't get around to the oil change I asked for because he didn't have time! (which is odd because he went home early!!!) OR MAYBE it was just the fact that the whole reason for the tow was because the fuel pump was going, and he didn't touch anything besides the brakes! Throughout this entire process, I made an in-person appointment, 2 weeks out. I then went back in 2 days prior to the tow to confirm (shouldn't even be necessary on my part). When i finally got ahold of them over an hour after my scheduled pick up time, they begrudgingly came to pick me up, and then proceeded to tell me that they aren't going to even work on it for a few days because they have certain customers that are a priority. WHY DID I WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEN??? None of it makes sense. Honestly, they truly seem like decent individuals. BUT this was the most unprofessional spot I've been to since moving to Maine. 2/10
