One of my vehicles developed a leaking radiator, so I called them on a Wednesday. Their voicemail instructs you not to call repeatedly, as they will return your call -- but three business days passed with no response. When I finally called again, the same person who had helped me before was rude, unprofessional, and even hung up on me. This is not how long-time customers should be treated. My car sat for three days while I waited, and they couldn't even call back to say they were too busy to take the job. It feels like this small shop has grown beyond its capacity, especially during the busy summer tourist season. If you need a one-off repair and they have time, you might still get decent prices here. But if you're looking for a reliable, long-term relationship with a shop that values customer loyalty, I can't recommend them anymore. Sadly, after many years, they've lost my business.
