I say I am coming right now to get it inspected, they say that's fine. I get here, and they say there is five hour delay to get my car inspected today. I have class, that wouldn't work for me. Four days later my coolant light goes on... I got an oil change the levels were supposed to be checked so I called them up. We can't be sure why your coolant light is on so it'll be $175 for a diagnostic test. So I go and buy some additional coolant and have somebody that I know put a little bit of it in and lo and behold, the light goes off.. needless to say I never went back for the two new tires. I have never been to this location before and pulled in front of an open bay. There were three workers standing inside and all of them just stopped talking and started to stare at me. I then exited my vehicle and walked up to the open garage and said, "Excuse me gentlemen, I am here to get my inspection sticker, I just registered the vehicle today." One of the gentlemen put a cigarette in his mouth and then proceeded to tell me, "First of all you can't park there, move your vehicle where you see the other cars." He then started to walk out of the back door of the garage bay as he finished giving me instructions. "Then grab your stuff and wait in line like the rest of the people." There is no need to be so rude. If I knew the process then I wouldn't have asked. I left the car running so obviously I am not going to leave my vehicle in front of the garage. I was polite when I asked the procedure, the least you could do is give me the same respect back, take the unlit cigarette out your mouth and look at me when you are giving instructions instead of walking away.
