I originally bought them from somewhere else but I had a donut on the vehicle so I didnt want to drive too far to get a new tire. I went online on Sunday and booked an appointment for Monday at 9am and the website stated that they carried the tire and looked like I was in good shape to have it replaced and put onto the vehicle. I was sadly mistaken. When I got there at 8:45am for my appointment, I was greeted by a gentleman that stated he was training to take over a location and even quoted the wrong price for the tire because he was from NH and forgot they didn't have sales tax. He then stated that the employees that were to put the tire on the vehicle wasn't here until 9am (the time of my appointment) so I went into my car to wait for them to arrive ... about 9:20 I walked back in to ask if they had arrived, he stated that they had not so I guess I needed to wait a little longer ... he then came out to me to tell me that he talked to the manager (that he was covering for) and the manager told him that we would need to replace all 4 of the tires and couldn't just do 1 of them .... WHAT? When I asked the reason why, he told me that it was "the policy" and couldn't help me unless I bought all 4 ... and even if I did accept this egregious offer, the people were not even there well past when they were supposed to be there for their shift. It made me feel like they are short staffed so they didn't really want to help me in my time of need. I then had to go to another tire place across town and risk driving more miles on the donut tire. I just felt that first, the website was misleading, second the customer service was just bad and third not even an offer to make good for it somehow for the inconvenience. Clearly, I will not be coming back here.

Took my car in for exhaust work and asked for state inspection while I was there. They failed the…read morestate inspection for struts and rear shocks due to leaks. I informed them that I sprayed the undercarriage with Fluid Film to prevent corrosion, but they insisted that the parts were leaking and the inspection failed. I changed the parts myself and noticed that they were not in fact bad. Filed a complaint with the Maine State Police Inspectors. They verified that the Struts and shocks were not bad. The inspector should have done a bounce test if the struts and shocks have when I had informed them about the use of Fluid Film. I do not recommend them for a State Inspection!

They were able to fit us in within the hour and gave us recommendations on what to do until then. Turns out there was nothing visibly wrong with the tire, no holes or anything, so they couldn't do anything on the spot. They didn't charge for the inspection and filling up the tire. We very much appreciated their help and are glad to know we can wait until we get back to deal with the tire instead of worry all weekend.
