They gave me a call during the day for and update and asked permission to do a minor repair in addition to the tire and alignment. Later they called that the car was ready. Picked it up and on my way. Later I noticed a different noise coming from my back rear tire. Note: in recently had wheel bearings replaced by the dealer). So today while driving for work, the noise was more consistent and concerning. I drove by after work to see if they could advise me as to what was causing the new noise. Zach immediately asked for my keys and said they would take care of it. The process was a bit more complicated than he originally thought. The issue was probably more related to wear and tear of my car which was revealed from changing the tires. Zach came coming over to me giving me updates and apologizing. Yeah, I was a bit frustrated because I had a busy day and was tired. But Zach treated me like a person, maybe a friend. I felt appreciated and witnessed about 6 other people come I within the last 90 minutes of operation. He treated them all the same. A smile and honesty. The team in the bays worked hard too to get all of us on our way before closing. Thank you to Zach, who must sleep there, and the team for being professional and dedicated. You all rock!

You always hear THE worst about auto repair shops-- especially being a female and especially being a minority. I came in and knew exactly what I wanted. I needed an oil change, a vehicle inspection, my brakes inspected and replaced due to the awful squeals, my headlight changed, and maybeee to check on why my steering wheel gets stuck when it's extremely cold. If you know anything about cars, this is definitely a bad sign. whoops. The verdict: All the above, plus those squealing brakes needed new brake pads & calipers, and the steering wheel dilemma actually needed a coolant flush Damian helped with what was urgent and needed to be fixed now, but also gave a heads up on what would need to be, but not anytime soon. I knew it was going to be expensive, but Damian gave me a discount and helped me understand more about my car. For everything I listed, it came out to be about $865. You might think that I got ripped off. But, when you have a 2003 Lexus that is your first car, and has been nothing but good and has kept you safe, it's worth every penny (to an extent). Safe to say, this Texas car is now Maine ready and passed for safety!

After 45 minutes, they called me and told me it's going to be nearly $400 for the two light bulbs, and that it won't be done for another additional 45 minutes. I have places to be!!! Don't be the next victims of these people who see customers as noth but $$$. My only concern is that after reading this review, the mechanics are going to steal stuff out of my car. I can't imagine paying $400 that I don't have for headlight bulbs, the only reason i stayed to have it done is because i already wasted so much time on this already. I originally bought them from somewhere else but I had a donut on the vehicle so I didnt want to drive too far to get a new tire. I went online on Sunday and booked an appointment for Monday at 9am and the website stated that they carried the tire and looked like I was in good shape to have it replaced and put onto the vehicle. I was sadly mistaken. When I got there at 8:45am for my appointment, I was greeted by a gentleman that stated he was training to take over a location and even quoted the wrong price for the tire because he was from NH and forgot they didn't have sales tax. He then stated that the employees that were to put the tire on the vehicle wasn't here until 9am (the time of my appointment) so I went into my car to wait for them to arrive ... about 9:20 I walked back in to ask if they had arrived, he stated that they had not so I guess I needed to wait a little longer ... he then came out to me to tell me that he talked to the manager (that he was covering for) and the manager told him that we would need to replace all 4 of the tires and couldn't just do 1 of them .... WHAT? When I asked the reason why, he told me that it was "the policy" and couldn't help me unless I bought all 4 ... and even if I did accept this egregious offer, the people were not even there well past when they were supposed to be there for their shift. It made me feel like they are short staffed so they didn't really want to help me in my time of need. I then had to go to another tire place across town and risk driving more miles on the donut tire. I just felt that first, the website was misleading, second the customer service was just bad and third not even an offer to make good for it somehow for the inconvenience. I informed them that I sprayed the undercarriage with Fluid Film to prevent corrosion, but they insisted that the parts were leaking and the inspection failed. I changed the parts myself and noticed that they were not in fact bad. Filed a complaint with the Maine State Police Inspectors. They verified that the Struts and shocks were not bad. The inspector should have done a bounce test if the struts and shocks have when I had informed them about the use of Fluid Film. I do not recommend them for a State Inspection!
