Sorry but I need to give you a thumbs down for your service and fees. Looking at the bill I paid on my visit last week and comparing the parts fees with NAPA online it appears you upcharge the parts about 80-90% . I can see a little extra on parts but almost double fees for parts???? And then this visit I booked ahead a week for an appointment and left you my vehicle for the day and you not getting the work done didn't sit with me well. I know we all got to make a living but you need to be reasonable with your clients. Too bad because you seemed to be responsible and knowledgeable on speaking with you. Courteous but.... read more

These people screwed me, and now won't answer my phone calls or respond to my messages. I bought a car off the owner, who claimed to be William Phinney and when I called asking for him they said that no one goes that name. I bought this car under the impression it would run and drive, for more than 2 weeks. Seeing as he reassured me this car was doing great. 2 weeks later and here I am replacing a part he swears he just put in. Dropping $500 I just don't have into a car I don't even want anymore. Do not ever go here. They are scum bags, and will screw you. read more

Had my car inspected on 9/3/2020 and had a great time talking with Cliff. Cliff explained how they try to accomodate customers and only charge for, and only do, what is required to get you back on the road. Highly recommend Standish Auto Care. read more

Car broke down in the middle of a snow storm on a Saturday. These guys promptly came out with the flat bed and picked us up. The owner kept the garage open for over an hour after closing time while my wife and I waited for a ride. Really great guys. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and provided a reliable quote which was consistent with the invoice. They even looked into another issue with the vehicle without charging - certainly found a new primary garage! read more

They looked at my car, and said it would be fine. They said my battery was in tip top shape. Two months later in the cold, it didn't start, and I couldn't make it to school. Turned out to be weak battery, and the starter. Things I feel they shouldn't have overlooked. Just now, I called inquiring about state inspections. I say I am coming right now to get it inspected, they say that's fine. I get here, and they say there is five hour delay to get my car inspected today. I have class, that wouldn't work for me. I wish they would've mentioned that before I wasted my time driving over. I'm sick of this, and them. Unless I have to I won't be coming back.

Had to look it up and got the "oh by the way we didn't as you need two new front tires." Why didn't you call and tell me that when you had my car? Ordered two to be serviced later that week. Four days later my coolant light goes on... I got an oil change the levels were supposed to be checked so I called them up. We can't be sure why your coolant light is on so it'll be $175 for a diagnostic test. So I go and buy some additional coolant and have somebody that I know put a little bit of it in and lo and behold, the light goes off.. needless to say I never went back for the two new tires. There were a couple of areas that were overlooked and not wiped down, like the glove compartment, the interior trim under the doors and and the drivers' side interior windshield had splatters on it from the dash cleaner but those few things were easily cleaned off. These were small things and the overall job was very well done, especially the dash detail work and the carpeting/mats and we really appreciated his high quality work on our vehicle. Would hire Owen again, for sure.

The cheapest estimate from a body shop was north of $4000. Autosy Auto Spa came to the rescue! For much cheaper, they were able to make the car look so much better - for nearly a tenth of the price they did 80% of the work. They were honest, forthcoming, and did incredibly detailed work. They have earned my mom's business for the rest of her life, no doubt. I would recommend them for anyone with detailing, scratch repair, or paint matching needs in a heartbeat. Go visit them and let them know what you need. They will tell you the truth and do good work for fair prices. TL;DR: Autosy Auto Spa is awesome!

Can you say AWESOME ? I recently had the opportunity to visit Standish Auto Care for some work on my 2010 Nissan Altima. I'm pretty picky when it comes to who does work on my car and I'm glad I took my friends recommendation to try them out. The shop had recently gone through a remodel, they have 3 bays to get you in and out quickly, and there's free coffee if you wait for your car. My inspection was coming up so I took advantage of a free inspection special they were offering with an oil change (I actually came in for a tire swap for winter). Sadly, a few of my snow tires were in rough shape, but Cliff (the owner) gave me pretty good deal on a new set of tires from Nokian. On a side note, the guys really went over my car during the inspection, and pointed out a few things that would need service at some point (even though they weren't bad yet). They weren't pushy, and didn't hold my inspection over me like some places do - I was pretty impressed with that. In a nutshell, the guys got me in and out quickly, and my new snow tires work great! (they are actually pretty quiet too) Kudos to John (the guy who worked on my car). In a nutshell, I recommend Standish Auto Care for their great service, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing. WOW - that's all I can say about Standish Auto Care. I had no idea how much I was neglecting my vehicle until I stopped in after a nerve wracking experience that almost landed me in a ditch when my badly worn front tires started to hydro-plane. Donnie was awesome. After putting my van on the lift, he took the time to show me the condition of my tires, and explained why they needed to be replaced. He also did a safety inspection (for free) and showed me why my brakes weren't working as they should (can you say worn to the rivets?) Needless to say, a few hours later I left the shop with brand new tires, and brakes that stop on a dime. Who knew my vehicle could stop so fast (it was like night and day). Did I mention the great pricing? Cliff (the owner) charged me a fair rate for parts, and should have probably charged me more for the labor (don't tell him though). The staff was courteous, and they really do care about taking care of you. Since this is a review, I want to add that I'll definitely be back. read more
