Surprised and delighted when Bill got us in the next day for a potential problem. He diagnosed the issue and ended up costing us nothing!

UPDATED REVIEW: My boyfriend tried these guys for his car. Very bad :(…read more They put the wrong part on his car, an incorrect strut. Should have been clued in by the fact that the steering wheel was completely sideways when he finished. Told my BF that he needed an alignment very badly and asked if the car was in an accident - which he really didn't know since he had just bought it recently, but we didn't think so. Plus the steering wheel was not like that when he dropped it off. When he went to have it aligned, the place refused to even touch his car, because, wait for it, the wrong strut was installed (it was too short), throwing off the entire alignment. Told him to take it back to where it was fixed. He returned to Tri-City about a week later, where the guy admitted that he ordered an installed the wrong part number. He fixed it, but he then charged my boyfriend another $50 to do so - the difference in cost between the wrong part he ordered, and the correct part. To add insult to injury, because my boyfriend did not have these things done the same day, and the car was so badly aligned, it ate the tread off his almost brand new tires in about a week. Tri-city basically refused to even acknowledge this fact. Now, I get that everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but it was how it was handled that makes me angry. I am a business owner, and if this had been my business, there is no way I would have charged the customer another $50 for my mistake. And I would have tried to make the tire issue right in some way - maybe a service credit. Sorry guys, not good customer service at all. Disappointing, since my experience there was good. THIS IS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: Excellent mechanics. Made a custom part for my car when the gas tank strap rusted through. Fixed the problem very quickly and at a reasonable price. As a young lady, I respect the fact that they didn't try to take advantage of me - the stereotypically "automotive illiterate." Highly recommend these gentlemen!

Wow this place is a joke!!! I would give them a -5 if I could!! They ordered the wrong parts,…read moreinstalled them against manufactures recommendation which was stated right on the installation sheet and damaged our truck!! Wow this place is a joke!!! We brought our 2024 F 350 to have air bags installed. My husband told them we have a fifth wheel camper and a truck bed camper that we haul. Paul said no problem and ordered the airbags. We paid over $1,100.00 just for the parts. Half way through the installation the mechanic called and said the airbags won't fit with the fifth wheel so they took it out!!!! They then said he had to cut the bed liner to make them fit!! He also said they do not put it back in so we would need to find someone who would. Paul told us it just needed an adapter to make the airbags work with the fifth wheel hitch. We then paid another $600 to him for the labor and took the truck to have the fifth wheel hitch reattached to the truck. When we got there the man was dumbfounded!!! "WHAT DID THEY DO?? First of all these airbags will never work with a fifth wheel hitch and they are an over kill for this truck!! Second they attached them to the leaf spring and this installation paper states not to use them with leaf springs!!" Thankfully he was able to remove the installed air bags, replace them with the correct ones and reinstall to 5th wheel hitch at a cost of $800! We called Paul who told my husband they don't give refunds but bring the parts back and he would give him credit for the parts. My husband made arrangements to use that credit for something else. When he went to schedule work and use the credit they denied everything, handed him the parts back and said we don't accept parts back! There is nothing we can do for you!! I would not trust bringing my bicycle to them... They do not know what they are doing and are severely over priced!!
