They seem like decent guys to joke around with (trying to be fair here). But what I experienced was anything but professional. It would take pages to document this past weeks experiences with ABC. It feels like it's been much longer than that. They wasted way a large amount of my time and money as a result of incompetence. Whether it was completely forgetting about my tow, or charging me for new parts that he GAVE back to me so that I could INSTALL THEM MYSELF because he didn't HAVE TIME, or telling me he'd be there at 4:30pm to check me out but he then leaves to go home early for the day, or telling me he didn't get around to the oil change I asked for because he didn't have time! (which is odd because he went home early!!!) OR MAYBE it was just the fact that the whole reason for the tow was because the fuel pump was going, and he didn't touch anything besides the brakes! Throughout this entire process, I made an in-person appointment, 2 weeks out. I then went back in 2 days prior to the tow to confirm (shouldn't even be necessary on my part). When i finally got ahold of them over an hour after my scheduled pick up time, they begrudgingly came to pick me up, and then proceeded to tell me that they aren't going to even work on it for a few days because they have certain customers that are a priority. WHY DID I WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEN??? None of it makes sense. Honestly, they truly seem like decent individuals. BUT this was the most unprofessional spot I've been to since moving to Maine. 2/10

AAA came to jump my car, and when that didn't solve the problem they towed me here. I didn't know what to expect, but I was so pleased by the kindness and promptness of the team here. I had no appointment and understood I could be without a car for a few days. But within 48 hours my car was working and back to me again. Things that stood out-their team is direct and goes above and beyond for you! They told me everything that I needed to know about my car troubles (ultimately a new battery) and things that I should look into (due for oil change and state inspection). They did all of this work for a reasonable price and I know I'll be coming back here in the future (hopefully with a scheduled appointment and not a breakdown). I went to Firestone in Biddeford to get my car looked at after an oil change at prompto Auto…read moreservice. They overfilled my car with oil by a liter and I was having car issues that I thought were very related. They looked at my car. Amanda, the manager explicitly said this had nothing to do with an overfill. Even though I later found out she found Found spark plugs covered in oil. She also told me my number four coil for my engine needed to be changed as well which I later find out can be tied to an overfill. So I fixed all four coils and spark plugs and then had a lot of stalling issues which caused a PCV valve code. So again I got that part. We also discovered that part was covered in oil. Then my crankshaft sensor was an issue, I fixed that part and that was also covered in oil. On a side note, a mysterious engine filter brand new was installed in my car but there's oil all around it. I love how this has nothing to do with the liter that was overfilled in my car. As a single mother, I'm just at a loss here...... Prompto explicitly said if it was tied they would fix it so I have no idea what happened, I don't know if companies don't like to call each other out but this is just crazy to me.

Due to that matter, I kept going to my regular garage in my hometown...which is 5 hours north. Now when I need something fixed or an inspection, I only go to Paulin's. Their pricing is more than fair, and they won't fix something unless they truly need to. I have had multiple instances where I have gone in for tiny, itty, bitty problems, and they have taken care of me at no or little charge. Any garage could have taken advantage of that and could have charged me for something I didn't need, but not Paulin's. Because of their great service and integrity Paulin's gets 5 stars in my book.
