Over the weekend, I got a flat tire after bumping into a curb and cutting the sidewall of my tire. The four tires that I had on my vehicle were about 2 months old and had about 1,000 miles on them tops. I originally bought them from somewhere else but I had a donut on the vehicle so I didnt want to drive too far to get a new tire. I went online on Sunday and booked an appointment for Monday at 9am and the website stated that they carried the tire and looked like I was in good shape to have it replaced and put onto the vehicle. I was sadly mistaken. When I got there at 8:45am for my appointment, I was greeted by a gentleman that stated he was training to take over a location and even quoted the wrong price for the tire because he was from NH and forgot they didn't have sales tax. He then stated that the employees that were to put the tire on the vehicle wasn't here until 9am (the time of my appointment) so I went into my car to wait for them to arrive ... about 9:20 I walked back in to ask if they had arrived, he stated that they had not so I guess I needed to wait a little longer ... he then came out to me to tell me that he talked to the manager (that he was covering for) and the manager told him that we would need to replace all 4 of the tires and couldn't just do 1 of them .... WHAT? When I asked the reason why, he told me that it was "the policy" and couldn't help me unless I bought all 4 ... and even if I did accept this egregious offer, the people were not even there well past when they were supposed to be there for their shift. It made me feel like they are short staffed so they didn't really want to help me in my time of need. I then had to go to another tire place across town and risk driving more miles on the donut tire. I just felt that first, the website was misleading, second the customer service was just bad and third not even an offer to make good for it somehow for the inconvenience. Unprofessional- Tire Warehouse did a repair on one of the 4 tires I bought there 6 months ago. First - no call back when it was supposed to be ready (no big deal); Second - they remounted the tire backwards; Third - when I called to have it fixed, they couldn't get me in for four days. No apology for the foul-up and no effort to make an accommodation for their error. Maybe Kevin isn't empowered to fix problems there, but if you want to be treated poorly, he's your guy. My tires that i bought at this shop are wearing out unevenly and they were working to figure out a warranty or prorate on a new set of tires (35k out of 60k). New owners came in and say I am on my own now. Then hung up on me when I tried to confirm details. Used to recommend this shop. No longer. New owners. Bad owners. What a great experience. My wife had a blow out on the interstate while I was out of town (of course!) and she was able to be towed here 15 minutes before closing. We just moved to Maine from South Carolina so had no one to call. They not only got the tire patched and allowed her to get home at a reasonable time but did it with a smile, even at closing time. I had them mount new snow tires using existing rims, TPMS sensors and valve stems. One tire had a slow leak so I took it back. They replaced the leaky valve stem without charge. Honest group. I will definitely be back when I get my new rims and mount my all season tires this spring. read more

We could not be happier with the entire team at Tire Warehouse. Our car's tire got a leak as we were heading south on I95 and, thank you Google, we headed directly to Tire Warehouse before the tire became flat. Really great service. I was doing my wife's snow tires myself and ran into a problem with a stuck lug. I called around and nobody else could help for a couple weeks but Dave at Tire Warehouse told me he'd fit me in. Even though they were busy and it was a weekend, Dave was able to help me out and even finished the job so I wasn't wrenching out in the rain. Over 1 mont ago they installed the wrong size tires then removed them. Two attempts later they still couldn't complete the service. I requested a refund which I was promised to receive 2 weeks ago. I still have not received it. I had to spend out of pocket at another company to finally get new tires. I wasn't mad until I couldn't get a refund. stuff happens. It's all ab how you step up and make it right or in this case how tire warehouse doesn't. read more

I ordered snow tires from TireRack and got them installed here. They seemed a little disorganized when I came in and looked through a pile of paperwork to find my info. I would have thought they had a decent computer system and if someone comes in at 2 for a 2 o'clock appointment they would figure it out. Never got a phone call when the tires were ready. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Had spoken to these guys on the phone about getting 2 new tires on my front axle....made the apt for early next morning. Arrived at the store and waited for the two employees to do whatever they were doing in a car in the parking lot for 15 minutes before they opened? Once they opened I sought out the same guy I spoke with who now suddenly remembered that they are not allowed to only sell two tires? Some alleged company policy....yeah sure...I have worked on vehicles for many years and that is absolute bait and switch....while ideal to have four matched....as long as you keep axle the same and somewhat similar dimensions to the others.....don't need the same brand.....there is no issue. Do yourself a favor and seek a more reputable vendor. Went to another place (also TW) by the way....and they put two on no questions? Are the two meatheads I spoke with in Scarborough more knowledgeable than all other TW's or was he trying to hard to push 4 tires...you decide. read more

I would give more stars if I could. I can't say enough about the amazing service I received from the manager, Dave Henry and the other technicians at Tire Warehouse. I had a deflating tire while driving last Saturday and called around to several places to see if they could take me in right away and look at my tire. Everyone said no until I talked to Dave. Even though he had scheduled appointments all day, he said to drive right over as it was a huge safety issue. He took the tire off and found that a nail in the sidewall was quickly leaking air from the tire. He could not put a patch on it due to where the hole was but took the time to show me the puncture and go through my options. He put my spare on for me so I could at least pick up my family who was waiting for me to pick them up. At the end, I fully expected to pay for the time he took with me and had no issues paying whatever the price. Dave just shook my hand and said have a good weekend, no charge. I was shocked at his level of professionalism and service. My wife has always gone there for her tire needs but I will be going back for my future tire purchases and service. So again, I can't enough about the incredible experience I had with Dave and his team at Tire Warehouse. read more

I got a flat tire on my way to buy a new, more reliable vehicle (go figure!) I called Tim and he was able to get my tire fixed quickly... He didn't even seem to mind me crying in his lobby! I promised him I'd get rid of that car asap and bought a new car a few hours later :) Excellent customer service. I'll definitely go back there for any future tire needs.
