I have been taking my vehicles to Adam and Complete Mobile for the past 10 years. Adam and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and pay close attention to detail. They don't just attach a wire to a wire, they solder the connections first and then wrap the wire to ensure a solid long-lasting connection. Complete Mobile has installed everything from remote starters that integrate with my iPhone to state of the art security systems that allow vehicle tracking including the ability to open the doors via a touch panel on the windshield. On one of my vehicles, Adam and his team disassembled what seemed like my entire interior and installed sound proofing material. When the vehicle was finished, not one clip was broken, not one panel out of place and most importantly, no rattling of any sort. Having been in the automotive retail/wholesale parts business for 35+ years I've dealt with every type of automotive technician imaginable. I found Adam to be both professional and knowledgeable in his servicing our issue with our 2014 Subaru Forester. Our radio was working but we had no sound. The dealer told us it was probably a bad amp and we would need a new one. They also told us the driver's seat had to be taken out to get to the amp. We went to Complete Mobile for advice on repair and replace. Adam first diagnosed the problem to be a bad amp and said he could have it repaired. He took the amp out in less than 10 minutes and didn't have to remove the drivers seat! Two weeks later we returned to have the repaired amp put back in and we were on our way with music again in about 15 minutes. Cost was reasonable compared to what the dealer quoted us. I will definitely use Complete Mobile again if need be...maybe a remote starter repair if it acts up this winter like it did last winter. My husband and I recently bought a used 2005 Chevy Suburban and wanted to upgrade the radio. We bought a Kenwood DPX500BT and all of the "accessories" needed to install it, foolishly thinking we would be able to install it ourselves. When the box arrived and we opened up everything, we got very afraid! A Google search got me to Complete Mobile. I spoke with Adam. I was expecting him to tell me we were idiots for trying to do this ourselves, but he was very friendly and knowledgeable and reviewed everything we had received and confirmed that we did indeed have everything that was needed for the installation. Rob came out (to our house!) that very afternoon, and in about an a hour had it all installed and working. He even showed us how to use the new system. Fantastic Service! Complete Mobile fixed a botched job from another place. I should have gone to Complete Mobile first ! I had a 7-pin trailer connector installed at another company, and Complete Mobile was able to completely rewire and make this work! The prior place I went was a total disaster (and they did not think so). Complete Mobile has amazing results! No other place wanted to run the hitch wires inside the car (even though I took out the trim already to make it easy) - they all wanted to run it underneath the car (where it would be worn by weather). Complete Mobile was able to fit me in on short notice (my lucky day), and when they were done it looked like the wiring came on the car from the factory as original. It looked great ! I can't say enough about this company. The customer service is exceptional. I had purchased a couple speakers a while back and they were fine and worked great until I blew them (totally my fault). Adam is friendly, courteous, and professional. I was nervous about my car getting ripped apart, and Adam made the process very stress free. I've been there twice recently--once looking for some speaker felt to wrap enclosures, and the second time to discuss the audio issue I was having in my antique truck. To my surprise, my new Jaguar F-Pace did not come with Sirius XM despite having the Technology Package with Meridian sound system. I was told by the dealer that it was not possible to retrofit Sirius. After a frustrating Internet search, I contacted Adam at Complete Mobile and he recommended a solution and quickly scheduled an installation. He installed a Sirius tuner that connects to the existing FM radio and works flawlessly. The cabling was challenging, but Adam was an artist in running the wires and skillful in putting everything back together. I had a competitor of Complete Mobile conduct two installs on my vehicle and his competitor's craftsmanship was very poor. It resulted in multiple rework by them to correct it and even then, Complete Mobile competitor's installations were of poor craftsmanship and quality. Adam and his colleagues proved to be expert with and committed to the installation and follow-up adjustments of a full audio system in my new car. This was my first new audio system in 18 years (my old car finally "died") and much has changed technologically since then. I've been meaning to write a review for Complete Mobile for over a year. Adam is terrific. I had a fried stereo in my 2011 Jetta VW. Before finding Complete Mobile, I had taken it elsewhere, with a poor outcome. But Adam got right in there and fixed all of the problems. It turned out our antennae had fried also, which Adam figured out by listening to our story about all the electronics (windows, wipers, trunk and stereo) failing at the same time. We ordered a new antennae from VW, Adam installed it, double checked everything and it works great now. He was also super patient with my son who kept peppering him with questions. These guys are great! Had them put in new speakers and diagnose a couple other problems with my car stereo. They're very accomadating when making an appointment and very timely with whatever is being done to your vehicle. After a bunch of online research and talking to remote start specialists in both the US and Canada, saying that it was not possibly for my 2015 Porsche Cayenne with Porsche entry and Drive to get retrofitted with a remote start solution. Adam & Rob at Complete Mobile, Inc found a way! Without a new key barrel he was able to get a 2-way Compustar solution to work great out of the box with his wiring and install expertise. Came in cause I bought a mint 06 jeep cherokee, and needed to change my stereo head. I I went to Walmart and even Best Buy and they couldn't help me out. I went to looking on Google, and I found this place. When I came, I saw that the manager was helping me out even though it was past business hours. I would say the parts and labor were very cheap and plus the manager knows what he's doing. He had me up and going in no time.
