They are quick to pick up the phone and answer questions. I am not a fan of the website as it can be a bit of a mess trying to find a part. I think most salvage yards sites are like that, however. They have an ever-changing stock so it never hurts to check back and see what they get in. It is located in a very easy to get to area and close enough to the pike that getting there is fast enough. Truly if you need a part give them a jingle and toss the dice.

I didn't know if it could be moved. John got his backhoe through some tight spots around the house and grabbed the cab and pulled it out. He maneuvered back around the house and got the cab in the dump truck. He then picked up a heavy old engine and 25 tires. They also went back and picked up scraps of metal and the bumper/scraps and raked up all the glass. John and his helper were so friendly and professional and had a can-do attitude. They were so nice and had a great sense of humor and were great to deal with. They did everything for a very reasonable price and very quickly. I would recommend this company 1000 times over. If you are looking for some really good guys who are service oriented and will tackle almost any job, go with the Dump Guy. You will be so happy you did! Thanks John!

I called JYD yesterday around 10 am- the owner was really great on the phone, which had not been my experience with the others, told me he's probably ride over on his bike to pay me that afternoon and pick the car up today. 2:30 he was here and paid me. We spoke for a bit in my driveway, he is a lovely human, who does a lot for his community. I really appreciate that. I will not waste my time calling anyone else ever again. If you need scrap metal or an old car removed from your property, give JYD a call! He also paid a very fair price, almost double what the others offered. Bonus points for his cool blue motorcycle too, my 6 year old daughter fell in love with it. It's all she talked about the rest of the afternoon. 10/10 highly recommend JYD.
