Charged it myself twice and left it for 2 days to confirm it was a battery issue and not my home standby generator. When I took the battery back to the store for a warranty replacement I was informed they must charge and "test" the battery to confirm it's bad which could take a day or two. Since I needed a battery for replacement I purchased a new one, and was charged a core charge even though the store kept my old battery for "testing". Store called me later to say the battery I returned tests fine so no warranty replacement. My recommendation is never buy parts of any type from Advance Auto Parts, it's obvious they have no intention of standing behind their products or warranty.
