Worst experience ever. Was lied to about who needed to be present to activate devices despite…read moreasking multiple times. Waited on the customer service number for 56 minutes then the call was disconnected. Started the process 25 mins in asked if this was normal hold times because people online were commenting that they were waiting 2 plus hours and getting disconnected. Manager Dylan came over and inserted himself into the conversation stating "you can show us whatever you want but we won't believe you"?? Okkkkk so I started asking more questions of Cameron out sales rep about what specifically my husband would need to do at home vs in person to get the lines activated and Dylan jumped in again and said he didn't feel like dealing with us and to get the hell out of his store. I mentioned that I was working with my salesperson and didn't ask for his help so he didn't need to "deal with us" and he proceeded to dial the police while screaming for us to get out. Legitimately he is scary and has some serious anger management issues. At no time did we yell, swear, nothing but questions on phone activation and setup. Maybe he just likes bullying females when their husband isn't around because there was none of this when we signed up and ordered the phones. Not once did he offer to help resolve the issue or even try to help Cameron. So we literally had to pick up all 5 of our old and new devices and drive to the South Portland store. My husband had to leave work to meet us there. Ben was amazing and kind and patient and despite having no information on what temporary numbers were assigned to which serial number devices...which neither did we because we left with zero information, he worked for a couple hours to correct our issues and get our phones set up. He needed info on what promotion specifically we were quoted and asked us to call the Windham store and ask Cameron if he could let us know or talk to Ben himself. Manager Dylan answered the phone. My husband asked for Cameron, gave his first and last name and Dylan refused to pass along the message. My husband said he was surprised that they were unwilling to assist another store after the poor treatment he gave his wife and Dylan hung up on him. After another hour of having to do everything the hard way with no assistance, Ben had us all taken care of. Mind you, we were at a US Cellular store and Ben managed to professionally correct the epic mess he was handed despite everything being brand new to him. It's wild that the Windham store has zero interest in helping customers and are more interested in a power trip when customers are confused and asking basic set up questions. It's worth the extra drive to see Ben at the US Cellular/T Mobile store next to Panera in South Portland. There you will be treated kindly and given accurate and honest info not just whatever they can hoodwink you into to make the sale then kick you out on your own to find someone else who is interested in helping you once the contract is signed and the phones arrive. Avoid this store like the plague! I don't typically take the time to write reviews but I wouldn't feel right not warning my neighbors in this instance.

I had the worst experience with the windham t-mobile today. Last Friday me and my family had bought…read morenew phones and a new plan from Cameron, who told us we did not need my father, the authorized user, to finish setting up our new phones. Today me and my mother came back to finish up our phones as my father was at work. It was all fine and Cameron was doing a great job, but then he told us we did actually need my father there to finish setting them up. When we asked why we were told different the manager Dylan told us that we must have heard wrong which was not possible since all three of us heard that we didn't need him there. Dylan told us to call customer service to have him add my mom as a user, so my dad called and was left on hold for 45 minutes then hung up on. We then asked Dylan if it was normal to wait 45 minutes and he told us no. My mom and I the looked it up and it said a 2 hour wait was normal. We told Dylan he was wrong and could show him and he said "you can show me what you want but I'm not going to believe it". My mom then asked what we could do and Dylan then said "I don't know but I don't want to deal with you leave my store". Like what the hell? My mom said we were going to return the phones and Dylan said "you can pay the restocking fee and leave". He then called the police on me and my mom. As we were walking out a man of color(I did not catch his name) told us this was not normal behavior and to go get help at another store. This was absolutely crazy behavior and I am in disbelief. Do not go here unless you want to be treated like crap

As for James C on his cracked iPhone 6, I don't believe that the company won't fix the issue seeing that it's a screen and not data Manipulation. And the iphone 6 was no doubt Jailbroken. He could have taken advantage of the situation but was very honest! Careful with these new glass screen protectors, if they break, theyll save your screen but may give you a heart attack because they look just like a cracked screen! The associate took his own time and carefully cleaned the broken aftermarket protector remains off the front of my phone for her, not a fun job, free of charge, so she could bring me back a phone I thought was broken and needed $250 of work. I later stopped by myself and he was happy to supply me with the only Samsung S8+ case I've owned (out of 3) that properly protects the vulnerable curves on the glass. The new "Otter" thin ones aren't as good as what Cellaris sells for that phone because the case needs to protrude beyond the glass. By fitting a case, turning over the phone and sliding a slice of paper under my phone, the guy proved my phone was protected. What's even better is that all my side buttons work perfectly with ease and precision, unlike the similar priced ($20's-$30's) ones at the yellow and blue box store next door, which are rediculously gummy and hard to press. Sure, for $59 bucks you can get a proper 2 piece rubber and composite shells with precision cut-outs for volume and other side buttons at Best Buy, but the ones at Cellaris are as precision made, and also 2 piece for half the price. This is important when taking screen shots or using the "Bixby" button, turning down volume etc. Then he really went above and beyond by applying a glass screen protector onto the front of my phone for me he noticed I had, even though I bought it elsewhere. Thank you for doing the precision job on your own time, you obviously enjoy what you do. You were honest, then saved me money, sold me a superior product and I walked away with a totally protected phone with buttons that function just as well as one without a case and protector. As to some of the other reviews I think it's unfair to blame someone for cracking your phone when it could have happened at any time, no one knows when it occurred, probably before you got your case and no one can say for sure it happened when the guy put yours on so a 1 star review isn't fair and is just venting about a busted phone. I can testify the guy is very careful and didn't let me try cases myself, he insisted they get properly installed even if just to see a style. And as for reviews about Apple messages, Apple does NOT make it easy to get work done outside of their own overpriced Apple stores ($800 for new full new glass on the iPhone X check it yourself!). You say he won't answer the phone. Well he works alone I bet if you brought it in he would make it right.
