I wish I didn't get the design because it just isn't quite right, but it's mainly because I wanted thin lines and I just don't think they could do that. The husband and wife are friendly and considerate tho and I really appreciated that. If I'm in the area again, I'd come back and just not get a design. Because honestly they listened exactly to what I said and didn't push their ideas on me. Also the husband making sure I always had a fan on me was super nice.

They work 6 days a week and are always consistent. They take the time to get to know their customers and they have a huge number of regulars. I don't even have to tell Tommy how I want my nails done. He already knows, and when I went through a phase where I wanted something different every time, Yen put her best creative foot forward and never let me down. The ladies that do the pedicures are all great and friendly. We have conversations about their families and ours. We discuss our vacations and plans. It's an open area with a spa-like atmosphere. There is a separate room for waxing and they have contemporary music playing, while the TVs show whatever talk show/news is currently on with subtitles so you know what's going on. I have zero intentions of going somewhere else for my manicures and pedicures. When you have a good place, you don't leave.

When I went back to get them fixed, the nails were cut unevenly, gel applied unevenly, and my middle finger was pulsing on both corners later that day. The tools were in a small rectangular basket with nail clippers and other tools. Used tools. The clippers were open. She did not pull them from a bag and got up when i asked and went to the back. Never said the tools were clean. The response from the owner is rude and not accurate or acceptable. 82 or 87 dollars for a royal pedicure. Can't remember exact price. I stopped going to the nail salon around covid. I do go occasionally as a treat to get my feet done. It's June 2026. Went to use a gift card I've had since Christmas since this isn't my normal place. The nail tech was tired! She was. You could tell she was wore out. Exhausted. My pedicure was horrible. If you ever go get your feet done and they use tools laying in a basket. NOT sterile run. This is that place. She went to the back to get a sterile tool. Not in a bag and most likely the same tool. My pedicure stated it would be around 80 min. It was in done in 50. I had to go home and file my heels. They use a very fine file and barely go over any rough spots. For almost 90 dollars i want dead skin all over the towel like most places. She spent very little time on my cuticles. The entire thing was extremely rushed and WAY over priced. I can go to a local shop and pay 60 bucks and get shellac. Not reg polish. My husband's pedicure was the exact same. He didn't get started til 15 min after me due to the tech being busy but finished the same time. His heels were not done. He wears boots and works in the heat. His heels should be smooth. This was sad and i will never go back. I have money on my gift card and i plan on gifting it.
