So, in the end, one of my nails actually didn't get a top seal on it, so the gems fell off instantly, even though I was trying to be so careful with them. One nail had hair & air bubbles, a few of the french tips just had strangely uneven thickness in the corners (felt like it shouldve been a crisper angle in the very corners). I had work immediately after, and I already felt immensely guilty for asking for a redo.. so didn't feel appropriate to keep speaking up. All in all, I had saved for this appointment for months because I wanted the best for my engagement photos, but I understand I may have held too high of standards, and felt like I had almost wasted my money on a pretty anxious experience :/
