Well here we are and there are problems. I bought a pueblo 20 bike for my son and it makes a noise in first gear, the chain slips off almost constantly and the brake line fell off too. I went to the store today to bring it back to exchange it and was told my the front end lead that bikes have 24 hours to be returned. I told her that was NOT what we were told when we bought it as it was a Christmas gift. She had no empathy or anything as my 7 year old son was with me and it was awful to have to tell him a big corporation lied and won't fix what's right. I am going to email corporate and bring this to social media. So good luck Dick's, wish I read the reviews before purchasing anything from this company. STAY AWAY!!!

They inspected the bottom and there was some specs of floor dirt. They said they cannot accept exchange because they were unsellable. They were unworn with TAGS ATTACHED! Major attitude and lack of respect for the customer. I showed them the "new" shoes I wanted to exchange them with that ALSO had floor particles....from touching THE FLOOR.. 5 stars for EXTREMELY kind and great customer service from EVERYONE I spoke to in the shoe department.
