He initially said $150 but eventually agreed to do it for $100. We moved forward because of the good reviews, but after the repair was completed, he told us the screen was "cheap," could break easily, and had no warranty. That should have been disclosed before the repair--not after we had already paid. The screen was replaced on Monday, and my phone immediately started having issues. I received an "Unknown Part" warning, the phone has been overheating and acting up, and the screen colors look terrible. My phone had no issues before this; it simply needed a screen replacement. When I returned for help, the employee was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He refused to help, take responsibility, or offer any solution, repeatedly saying there were no refunds and no warranty. I paid to have my phone fixed, not to leave with more problems than I had before. I will never return and strongly recommend going somewhere else.
