Review is just for the lockout service. I locked myself out of my car and they had an ETA of 1:45. They showed up around 2:30 and the 2 phone numbers they provided to contact them was 1- unavailable and the 2nd one their mailbox was full. we hired T&M last week to do some interior lite work, prime, paint and trim work in various rooms. He comes over, very polite and seemed business like. my wife showed him each space that she wanted done and what she wanted done in each space, he was taking notes. we had purchased the trim wood for one space plus additional pieces for another space. he looked at the wood and wrote it down. he gives the office person, his notes. she/they come up with $7,500.00 estimate. they phoned my wife with the estimate (nothing in writing), poor business practice. workers arrived, doing a good job, however did not put on the inside corner pieces, just a button to cover up the space. while that was going on she calls and it would cost another $2600.00 to pai nt one room . they never showed us a final estimate to verify and sign. if they had, allthis would have been avoided. as it is, they believe we won't pay any more than the $4,000.00 and they are right. he estimated wrong on the wood, nothing was given to us in writing as to what they were going to do, that cost the $7500.00. i apoligise for raining on their parade, but business wise, i am surprised they are still in business after 3 years. work wise, they have 3 good people,just need fine tuning on corner pieces. thank you, Paul Thorne. read more

Very disappointed with my latest experience with Tony. Tony had helped us install some doors and repair damaged dry wall in the garage a little over 6 months ago. We were very happy with his work and prices. I knew I had a few more projects for him to work on so waited to write a Yelp review until everything was done. I'm sure he would have gotten a 5* review had he actually showed up to do the work. Not only did he not come to our scheduled appointment time, but he ignored my calls/texts trying to see if he was just running late (2 hours late by the time I reached out to him). He finally said he had a family emergency, which I understand. So I'm trying to reschedule for another day, and he just keeps ignoring me so I guess he's not interested in the job (completely fine, but say so upfront that you're not able to commit instead of giving me the run-around and wasting my time). It's really too bad because he could be running a successful business if he just had better follow-through since he does good work and has fair prices. My advice is: don't bother booking if you're in a hurry to complete a project since he may not show up. Communication wasn't this bad the first time around so not sure if he's just too busy or just doesn't want to take on too many projects. read more

I unfortunately had a bad experience with Tony! He never showed up on the pre-set appointment date to do the job. This was while we had confirmed the appointment 45 days earlier and reconfirmed it the night before. On the morning of appointment date I waited till 10:00 am and then texted him if he can make it. He said, yes I will, but never showed up! I had to take a day off work while Tony kept me waiting for him for an entire day. I do not know why he had to be that disrespectful. read more

Tony came out to help me troubleshoot my power problems. Half my house lost power and I couldn't figure out the source of the problem. The breaker was fine so Tony has to diagnose the problem by trying to follow the circuit. He checked every outlet he believes to be in a series until he found the problem with a light switch. He was on time, courteous, and pleasant to chat with. Price seem reasonable for the amount of time spent trying to troubleshoot. Will definitely use again. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Tim talks a good game but is incompetent. Took him to court for an improperly installed tankless water heater And shoddy work. He told me he would go buy supplies because he knew what we needed to complete a bathroom remodel. I told him if he gave me a list I could go. My mistake, upon review of my receipt, I found he bought personal items like a box of screws, car freshener and a strap. as I continued to review the receipts I found he bought basic tools and charged me. (basic handiman tools he should have had to complete the work.) He reported times that he didn't actually work. I had to hire a reputable company to properly install our tankless water heater and repair the damage he caused. It was leaking carbon monoxide. if you want to put your family's safety in this unethical man, then call. Otherwise stay so far away from him. If he installed a tankless water heater for your home, get it inspected! read more
