Eric is highly skilled and consistently delivers great work, we have hired him multiple times over the past few years and have always been satisfied with quality. However, communication was a big issue this time. When I asked about his charges beforehand, I didn't receive a clear response. He arrived with an additional person and billed for two hours at a rate of $225/hour without informing us in advance. For relatively small tasks, the final cost of $450 came as a surprise. I'm very impressed with Eric's work ethics, first up he showed up on time which is a rarity these days. Secondly, we don't wear outside shoes inside, he's observant took his shoes off before he came in.
